The Plumber company has come out multiple times after having a major water leak from my water heater. Every time they've come out they have been extremely professional and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to figure out my plumbing issues and I am very grateful for the work they've done. Very UNFAIR how I was treated by Santos (the plumber) and Vince (the owner plumber). Not sure how this company is still in business or even has a license!

Santos is the plumber I was talking with that was sent to my office. In the beginning, everything started great. He gave me a quote for 10 items to be fixed for $550 2 weeks ago, while i was having my office restroom remodeled. 2 weeks later I called him to come by, I asked him to fix only two problems, he quoted me $380. Seemed very irregular and unfair. I told him the price was more then expected. He didn't explain why it was. Then, he said I'll call you back. Turns out he left my office, leaving me with the problem I have and starting to work.

Then I spoke with Vince the owner. Seems these 2 have issues with each other!! Very weird, they blame each other. Vince complained to me about why I'm talking prices with Santos. Very odd! And very unprofessional. To me, as the customer. I don't know whose who. Santos was the person I was talking to the whole time, not sure why Vince responded that way.

Bottom line, this company is very sketchy! Be careful calling them. Both of these people changed their quotes. Its NOT FAIR getting a quote and then the quote changes!! That's just taking advantage of customers at this point.

In the meantime, I gave them a few other jobs in the last 2 weeks also, which i paid in full, whatever they fixed it. But I felt this was price gauging on their last quote.

Turns out, another job I gave them, yesterday, for a sink not draining, Santos fixed my draining problem BUT now my sink is rattling out of place. Not fair, not my fault!!!!!!! They literally fixed one problem and gave me another problem. The worst part is, I had to find out by myself when I walked into my office this morning. Santos didn't even have the decency to tell me my sink is out of place and rattling. That's Wrong!! I paid $350 for him to drain this sink. I didn't ask any question about the price because I thought they were fair and they would fix it. But he miss aligned my sink and now its moving. It wasn't moving before. On a side note, Santos was rude to my staff about he needs payment but I didn't even know he was done. I paid them.

Mental note to future customers, be very careful giving The Plumber a job! They change their quotes, based on if ur back is against the wall. They fix one problem and break something else and don't take ownership of that problem. Then they tell you, go find another plumber after starting a job and leaving you stranded. When you call them about it. They don't answer.

Seems like they don't understand why their wrong but one day I'm sure they will!

Quick to respond and honest work. Especially during these days with shortage of supply and staff, Vincent was able to personal come to fix my disposal issue. Not only the fix, but recommended some tips for preventative measures. Highly recommend.
