Saved the day on 2 separate occasions...received recommendation from NextDoor app. Came to install water heater about 8 years ago. Then had a drainage issue and husband seeked out a plumber this time...low and behold, without trying, he scheduled the same plumber, who again arrived and provided quality, on time, professional service!...We've locked and saved his number in this time so we know who to call when we need them. They will always be my go to because I trust his guidance as he informs you throughout the process what he's doing and why.

Absurdly expensive. The plumber was pleasant and professional, but rang through to head office to find out how much to charge to remove two shower tap units and replace them with the ones that I had bought - $750

What is below 1 star? He did not show up for two different appointments with different excuses. The 3rd no show he said I did not confirm and it was all my fault and started to swear at me. Yeah, I had a few choice words for him.

This company has been outstanding and really helped me out in a jam on two occasions. Usually anything that has to do with plumbing work gives me pause because of the costs involved. I've used Plumbarius twice and on both times the work was completed as expected and within the budget I was quoted in the beginning. I was extremely satisfied with the work and felt comfortable knowing I was working with a professional that would always present me with all the options. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing needs and will gladly recommend to family and friends.

The Plumbarius was very timely in responding to our request for a plumber; then came to our house promptly to fix our failed sump pump. (With the pump failed, our downstairs bathroom was out of service and we had guests staying there..) The Plumbarius plumber was very friendly and clean. This rating is less than 5 stars because the plumber lost a plastic or rubber part in the sump and it subsequently caught in the new pump, stopped it, and flooded part of our finished lower level, including some new carpets. They did come to the house promply and got the new pump working again.
