The Plug Buster is a family-operated business with more than 20 years of experience in the Mat Su Valleys. We offer a full list of services, including drain cleaning, water and sewer thawing, plumbing repairs, and septic pumping. The Plug Buster services both residential and commercial plumbing needs. No task is too small for us.

The Plug Buster began in 1988 as a one-man business. After our son returned from military service in Iraq, we became a father-son team. Ron (the father) has a strong background in construction and Boy Scouts of America He loves serving others John, the son, is continuing his father's legacy

Ron's roots are in construction Growing up, Ron's father worked as a construction foreman in Las Vegas. Ron grew up helping his father Following high school and his LDS mission, Ron trained as an apprentice carpenter. He soon became a journeyman carpenter He moved to Alaska in 1983, worked for two years, then left to return to school for a teaching degree in construction trades After teaching in the valley for three years, he decided to start his own business and founded The Plug Buster For the last 22 years, Ron has been dedicated to serving the valley. Alongside his work, Ron has been an adult scout leader for 38 years.
