Company Overview

The Plug Buster is a family-owned business with over two decades of experience in the Mat Su Valleys. We deliver a comprehensive range of services, including drain cleaning, water and sewer thawing, plumbing repairs, and septic pumping. We handle plumbing for both homes and businesses No job is too small for us.

The Plug Buster started in 1988 as a one-man business. When our son returned from military duty in Iraq, we expanded into a father-son business Ron, having a solid foundation in construction and Boy Scouts of America, runs the company. Serving others is his passion John, the son, is continuing his father's legacy

Ron comes from a construction background Ron's father was a construction foreman for a major contractor in Las Vegas From an early age, Ron worked alongside his father. After high school and a mission with the LDS Church, Ron apprenticed as a carpenter He soon became a journeyman carpenter Ron relocated to Alaska in 1983, worked for two years, and then pursued a teaching degree in construction trades. After teaching in the valley for three years, he decided to start his own business and founded The Plug Buster Ron has been serving the valley for 22 years While doing all of this, he has also been an adult scout leader for 38 years
