As a family-owned business with 22 years of serving the Mat Su Valleys, The Plug Buster offers reliable services. We deliver a comprehensive range of services, including drain cleaning, water and sewer thawing, plumbing repairs, and septic pumping. Our team works on both residential and commercial plumbing No task is too small for us.

The Plug Buster started in 1988 as a one-man business. After our son returned from military service in Iraq, we became a father-son team. Ron, with his background in construction and Boy Scouts of America, leads the business Ron enjoys helping people. John (the son) follows in his father's footsteps

With a history in construction, Ron has vast experience. His father was a construction foreman for a large contractor in Las Vegas Ron spent his youth assisting his father After high school and a mission for the LDS Church, he worked as an apprentice carpenter He quickly advanced to journeyman carpenter He moved to Alaska in 1983, worked for two years, then left to return to school for a teaching degree in construction trades Having taught in the valley for three years, Ron chose to start his own business and launched The Plug Buster. For the last 22 years, Ron has been dedicated to serving the valley. Alongside his work, Ron has been an adult scout leader for 38 years.
