This is the vendor that my condo complex secures for repairs. Since I had to request a water turn-off, I called The Pipe Medic to perform the task on the main shut-off. The company is responsive, and communication is constant from start to completing the job. Very reliable and professional.

Pipe Medic were supposed to repair a leak at my house but upon arrival quickly said they could not make the repair. No service was performed. No problem -- except they charged me $130 for an """"estimation/service call"""". The service tech insisted that I pay before he left and wouldn't leave my house though I explained there was no discussion in advance of such a charge. To avoid confrontation, I eventually paid the bill and the tech left. I regret making the payment and complained to Chris who apologized and said he would reimburse me but has simply ignored the situation.

Cameron came out for The Pipe Medic. He quickly diagnosed a leaking radiator that had flooded the condo below and promptly returned next day and installed a new one. He is knowledgeable, efficient and has great customer service skills! I highly recommend this company and will use them again for my plumbing needs.

I had a water main line that was leaking within the foundation of our home where it entered from the outside into the house. I called Chis and he sent a team out the next morning. They showed up at the time promised, which doesn't happen often. They assessed the situation and explained the steps they would need to take to fix the issue. The two of them worked quickly and efficiently to get it repaired in a timely manner. Once the job was completed, they cleaned the area where they worked and walked me though the bill that was easy to understand and very fair for the work they did. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Chris and his employees. The two guys that come out were very professional and courteous. We had a frozen pipe that burst and it flooded our bottom floor. Our HOA sent these guys over and they were there within an hour or so. They quickly realized we had a faulty valve so they replaced that to turn off the water supply and cane back the next day to find the cracked pipe. They located it quickly and worked efficiently to get it repaired. They cleaned the area when they were done. We would definitely use them again.
