Pipe Guys did a great job for us. We particularly appreciated Aaron. As professionals, my husband and I are very busy. Aaron was very clear about when he was going to show up and what was going to happy. Aaron and his assistant worked really hard and go things done quick. Everyone at the Pipe Guys in Spanaway was helpful getting our sewer line fixed efficiently?. They are an easy recommendation.

The dispersion trench off our community retention pond was buried by blackberries. After they were cleared numerous individuals/companies came out to locate one of the trench lids so the county inspector could perform his inspection. An as-build was provided to everyone that attempted to locate this missing lid.
Enter Dan from Pipe Guys. He showed up with his ground penetrating radar and located the trench pipe and followed it to the trench lid. Dan was always courteous on the phone and his bid was far more reasonable than his competitors. When he arrived, he was very professional and I would refer his company to anyone with issues his company is set up to resolve.

After having a sewer back up and was told we needed to replace or line our sewer line. I had met with several companies and at first didn't have Pipe Guys come out because they do charge to do a site inspection. But after getting several very high bids we decided to have Pipe Guys come out and give us a bid. Dan from Pipe Guys came out and was very knowledgeable and apologized for all the issue and different stories we got from all the other contractor who had given us bids.
Pretty quickly after we got our bid we knew were going to go with Pipe Guys. Once we got the finances in order we got the job going. They were the only ones who said we didn't have to move our heat pump and the bid came in very fair.
Once the job started they crew was here on time, and got the job done quickly. Only down side not being able to use any water or drainage for 24 hours. Other then that I would highly recommended Pipe Guys for sewer lining.

Let me start by saying i was near hopelessness when i was referred to Dan at The Pipe Guys.
I have been looking for my pvc water main for nearly a year with no results. I have hired excavators, leak finders, and the plumbers equivalent to a shaman to find this main. I found the neighborhood main, and two of my neighbors but never mine. I dug several 4-5' deep holes myself, bough witching sticks and took matters into my own hands with no results.
When i contacted Dan, he was upfront about the cost and requirements for his ground penetrating RADAR to work. Despite being across the sound (poulsbo) he was able to come out the next day.
He arrived and we started surveying the logical areas of my 2.5 acre property. He explained the display on his machine and allowed me to walk along side and have a look at what was below. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in both construction and his equipment.
Within an hour we had several leads on possible buried pvc. Within an hour an a half we had 95% confidence in a location, 1.5' to the right of one of the holes i dug. He told me if we dug 2.5' down we would find it. So i got the shovel and hit a root about 2' down and 40' from any trees. He reassured me that this was a good indication as tree roots often follow mains a long distance. 2-4"" below that was my main.
This service was well worth the money. He is a true professional and a hell of a nice guy. I had a great experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for looking for tough to find utilities. Two thumbs up Pipe Guys!

I was driving on Route 16 South on 12 May 2016 at about 5:30 PM right before the I-5 interchange and a Pipe Guys truck with two occupants inside pulled up beside me. The driver flipped me off! Not sure why. Maybe he was just jealous of my sweet 2015 Camaro SS! Anyway, I would not trust these guys to do any work in my home or business, EVER. Their employer needs to be aware of the caliber of individuals that they hire to work in and represent their business! I would definitely steer clear of this establishment and urge everyone to pass this along to anyone who thinks of hiring them! I wouldn't have even given them one star but no stars wasn't an option, so disregard the star!

Zero stars. Liars, unethical, do not back up their work, allow employees to lie & even when they KNOW that is the case they do not step up.
Please spend your money elsewhere - you probably will anyway when you have to hire someone to fix whatever these people do.

We recently used this company and were very disappointed. I looked at other reviews and noticed some similarities in their questionable practices. First very unethical. In another review they failed to provide a video of the camera work done.
We asked for video to provide to the people purchasing our house. They provided a supposed burned DVD that was blank. We do not have a DVD player so we sent the video off thinking nothing of it. Upon discovery of the blank DVD the buyers contacted the technician who told them additional work was needed and that I instructed him to not disclose his findings and recommendations. This is completely untrue and when asked where the original DVD was they said they didn't have it but would come back to do another video at no cost. The damage was already done. They painted my wife and I as if we were trying to pull a fast one. The report we have on their letterhead has no recommendations and spoke to the buyers original concerns with the sewer. We were to clear some grease and tree roots. That was done. Oh I almost forgot they were gracious enough to submit an estimate of over 7,000 dollars. My question is who has the most to gain? They don't have the video.... Wow! I would not recommend or use this company in any capacity. Do they really think we would have them do the the work? Run far run fast stay away from these guys .

We highly recommend Dan and his team from Pipe Guys. We had them come out to our 103 year old home for a second opinion when our original clay sewer lines were clogged with roots causing water to back up into the toilets. We were given top notch service and an honest estimate of the work that needed to be done on the external sewer lines.
Pipe guys took care of all of the city permitting and inspections which was a huge relief not to have to take time off of work to deal with. Who has time or patience to hassle with city issues?
The work was done quickly, quietly (according to our next door neighbor), and professionally. The team dug up as little of our gardens as they possibly could and replaced the plants when they were finished. We really appreciated the fact that they did not have to tear up our yard and rock garden out front, but rather they were able to go into the lines underground at the sidewalk. Thank you! The whole process took 4 days with no disruption to our evening routines.
Pipe Guys were recommended to us and we will definitely return the favor by recommending them to others. What a breath of fresh air to have honest, reliable, and professional companies like Pipe Guys that aren't out to rip you off when it comes to major repairs like sewer lines.
Call them! You will not be sorry. Thanks Pipe Guys!!!

When our neighbors sewer pipe failed five months ago, we decided to assess our line. We found that it was in decent condition, but being made of orangeberg material could also fail sometime in the future. We researched replacement processes and companies online, with others who had dealt with this situation before, and to the degree they could provide advice, local agency inspectors and engineers. We decided on the pipe bursting process and had many companies assess our situation. Ultimately, we had five pipe bursting proposals and decided to use Pipe Guys for our job. We made a good decision. The staff of Byron, Danny and Tommy were courteous, hard working, and professional. Dan is a hands-on owner, willing to go in the deep holes to work alongside his employees. There were unforeseen situations which is to be expected when dealing with an underground project--for example, unlocated utility lines and a connection to the county main that was different from their five month old ""as built"" from the county inspection when my neighbor replaced his line. There were aspects that were beyond the contract scope, but Dan was fair in his allocation of the additional costs. We were very pleased with the results of our project as well as the manner that the Pipe Guys executed it. We would strongly recommend Pipe Guys to others for sewer line inspections, repairs and replacements.

We recently caught 2 Pipe Guys working on a neighbor's property dumping 5 gallon buckets of 'raw sewage' onto our property. I called them and they did return and dump lime to help eliminate the smell. For a business that's been around for 16 yrs., I found this to be unacceptable and I would NOT hire them.
