David works in this company and he is like a manager who coordinates work. However, instead of having good hands, he has a mouth that is good at talking and not keeping track of things. He can't execute and he just lies a lot. Fortunately, the employees do their work.

I have used the Pipe Doctor twice. The first time Owen came and did a great job explaining what the root cause was and unclogging our pipes. I highly recommend Owen. We then hired them again to re-pipe most of the crawl space and David and his crew showed up and also did a wonderful job. We will definitely use the Pipe Doctor again.

I called Pipe Doctor on a Saturday morning for an emergency sewer line inspection and they responded immediately. Owen was top notch, very thorough and explained his findings very clearly. He was able to diagnose the problems quickly and gave us sound advice on next steps. Would highly recommend Pipe Doctor for any drain or sewer line issues. Very satisfied customer.

Our upstairs bathroom began leaking water downstairs on our kitchen ceiling. I called The Pipe Doctor based on reviews that I read. Owen from The Pipe Doctor came out the next morning to assess the leak. He quickly determined the cause and offered advice on repairing the problem. Since it was not a plumbing issue his company would not/could not repair the shower leak. Owen explained what was needed to repair the water damage and spent time with me explaining and showing me how he determined that the grout line around the tub/shower was causing the water leak. He answered all of my questions, and was extremely helpful as he explained each step he used to determine the cause of the leak. I would highly recommend The Pipe Doctor for any plumbing repair. Owen was great and I appreciated his patience as I watched his work and asked questions.

I cannot recommend the Pipe Doctor highly enough. An outdoor drain was backing sewage up in a doorway. Owen came out the next day and snaked the line to clear the drain and then put a camera down to diagnose the problem. Owen was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The owner Gary came out to inspect the property and confirm the repairs and the team got to work the next week digging up the yard to replace a pipe. In one day they came in, dug up and replaced the pipe, and then put the entire yard back together. That included removing and replacing part of our fence and replacing plants! The yard looks just as it did before. Fabulous job all around. Everyone we worked with was top notch.

I called the Pipe Doctor in September 2022 for a clogged tub drain. They were responsive in coming out the next day. They charged $312 to run a snake to clear the drain. Seems high but likely that it is comparable to other plumbers in the area. My guess is that they are not at the low end of the pricing scale.
(I wish people would be more transparent with the cost of services in their reviews).
They did a good job clearing the drain.

2 things bothered me
1. The price of $312 quoted was the cash or check price. If you used a credit card it was more. Ok if they pass the savings on to you. But you should be told upfront that this is a cash price .
2. The plumber was a bit of a smart aleck.

The 3 stars reflect the above and also price that I project is average for the service.
They did a good job with the service overall.

Adam was fantastic! He went above and beyond when he came to replace our kitchen faucet. He recommended that he check the old faucet to see if it was salvageable before we spend extra money to replace it. Then he noticed there was a leak at our main shut-off valve and gave us some options for getting it fixed. He even popped up to our shower to check on a heat/cold issue. He was super professional, friendly and we'll definitely call him again. He also has a really dope beard that my husband is super jealous of!
