The guys were super punctual, sweet about my dog and wore masks. They didn't have a part for a problem they discovered but they went out and got it and we're back within the hour. They were great all around and very very reasonably priced. They'll be my go to plumbers forever.

I've had slow drains ever since I rented my place 15 years ago, with a lot of Liquid Plumber down the drain :) and numerous visits from plumbers. The last time, the plumber I used couldn't clear the drain and recommended hydro jetting / high-pressure jetting, but their price for it was $1200 for one drain, and I needed all of them done. I thought that was a ridiculous price for the amount of time it would take. I went to Yelp for bids, describing in detail the setup, number of drains, etc. but most wouldn't give me a bid for that without coming out, or the bid was too high. I was willing to pay about $600 for what is, after all, a two-hour job (with specialized equipment, granted). Pipe Doctor bid $650. They had to drive from Torrance to Laguna Niguel. They kept in communication throughout. When they got here, I knocked on my neighbor's door to have him move his car so that the trap in the carport could be accessed, but he wasn't home! This hadn't happened the last time and had never occurred to me. Pipe Doctor was very easy going about it and didn't charge me extra for the trip. They came back out when the car was moved and did a great job, with high attention to detail. I'm impressed and grateful. Maybe I will now have reliable drains.

So one day I took a massive dump in my girlfriends place and I had to call a plumber because I couldn't unclog it with my own hands. I had a lot of protein so you know how big those dumps are. Anyways I called this pipe doctor because I like the name, it reminds me of some adult film category. So Jose showed up, who in no way looks like the mascot. He looks more like a well fed daddy yankee. Well Jose cleaned her pipes out (girlfriends toilet) and he didn't even struggle. He was pretty professional even though I could tell he was upset my massive dump was in his auger thing. So I gave Jose a little tip but he wouldn't take it because he doesn't believe in it. I thought that was weird but whatevs, so i ended up keeping the money even though he looks like he needs it for rogain. Anyways pretty good company and great advertisement name.

Honest prices and great service! This business was able to remodel my bathroom during Covid. Their workers came in with masks on and shoe covers. They were able to make my bathroom look so nice. I can't believe how different it looks. Jose was more than awesome and explained every single thing they were doing in detail. I'm a new homeowner so walking me through everything was necessary. I hired this company to remodel my extremely old bathroom. At first I was skeptical since I could not see any reviews on their page. But then I noticed that for some reason yelp was hiding the reviews and could see nothing but good things about this company. So I decided to tell my husband to give them a chance. Now I can't be anymore excited on how awesome my bathroom looks!
They did an amazing job at an amazing price. Jose The Pipe Doctor, was extremely professional from the beginning. He gave us a price and explained every single thing that needed to be purchased. He presented us with the license for the business as well as the insurance they have, to cover the project just in case something goes terribly wrong. Nothing went wrong though and my restroom looks so amazing. They even gave me a heroes discount for being a teacher. I am so happy with how this company treated me and my husband. I recommend this company to anyone looking to avoid paying the big company costs. Thank you guys!

Called the pipe doctor to remove my old leaking water heater and installed a brand new tankless heater. Our old heater was inside a space killer in a smaller hallways so we decided to move the heater outside. Jose and crew were able to reroute all our pipes and he made sure to recommend a filter system to extend the life of our new heater! I highly recommend giving them a call for all your plumbing needs, Jose is definitely an expert!

I had a couple of drains with issues and Jose came by to check them out for me. He was punctual, friendly, professional and told me what he was doing and checking the whole way. I've been a customer since last November 2019 to this family-owned plumbing business. So the issue I was having at my home was with my second guest bathroom, to be specific the toilet. I was having lots of trouble and it was getting clogged often. To be honest, the problem with the toilet was such a headache, super inconvenient and embarrassing to tell you the truth. The holidays were approaching and I needed my guest bathroom up and running.

All I had to do was to call Jose. I knew he was going to resolve the problem ASAP.  I told him it was an emergency and he was right on it. He suggested a Pressure Assist Toilet by Kohler, which was exactly what I needed. He installed it, he removed the old one, left my home clean and most importantly ready to use. Fast forward to today almost a year later, his work never let me down .

And so, the current problem I've had is with my Master Bathroom. There is hair build up in the bathtub and clogging the drain. The Pipe Doctor Plumbing was first on my contact list to call. Jose has an appointment set up for Friday. He worked around my schedule. I know he will do great. Jose is definitely someone I trust my home to.
