I had an excellent experience with this company and Jose and his assistant. It was my first time using their services. I had a major plumbing issue with my tub and a minor clog in a sink. The tub ended up being a much bigger issue than I initially realized. They were tidy, respectful of my new home, they updated me throughout the process, and they didn't leave until the job was done. Even though they ended up spending a half-day at my house, they honored their initial quote which I was very thankful for. I would highly recommend this company and I definitely trust their work. This business responded quickly to my request for a quote and had a plumber out to my house the same day to unclog a drain. The plumber was in and out in about 10 minutes. My sink (15+ years old and never before serviced) now drains perfectly.

After some consultations we decided to go with Art to replace our storage tank water heater with a tankless. His knowledge of tankless heaters and solution to our existing setup was outstanding and won us over. Not only that, he had available to come early enough for a consultation so that when we decided to go with him, he started work immediately and was finished before 5pm.

My kitchen sink backed up as usual. Called The Pipe Doctor and Luis sent out Jose and Andy. It was like they were sent by the Almighty! Turns out our main pipe going down the middle our driveway had tree roots in it and was separated in a couple of places meaning even if they did clear it I would have problems again. They scoped it and it wasn't good so I agreed to have them put a special lining inside the pipe, which would prevent anymore problems. Even though it's an expensive thing to do, I didn't want any more headaches with plumbing backup. Jose is extremely knowledgeable and we had a good connection from the start. He kept me up to date and what was being done. Andy was the quiet one though really sweet. They both worked their tails off and at the end of the day they even changed out a hose bib in the back yard that I couldn't get down to do because of bad knees. After they left, they sent in the masonry guys because we have a decorative brick driveway it had to be put back together. Wow! Richie and Juan and the job they did was outstanding. You would never know there was a big hole there earlier. Thank you to all who worked on my main pipe and driveway. Now I have new plumbers and masonry people. What a relief!!!

Got a response from Jose and Luis in a prompt manner & got a straight forward quote via Yelp (None of those ""our technicians will give you the quote at the appointment"" answers I didn't want). Jose came on time, unclogged our kitchen drain that was clogged for days, explained everything he was doing, and also explained other ways we can maintain clean pipes so we're not calling the plumber so often. Really appreciated his honesty and help. Also came with a 30-day warranty after the snaking. Loved that we supported a new mom and pop business with reasonable, affordable prices. Thank you!

Toilet overflowed and when we used the plunger, the stuff backed up into our janitor's sink. Pipe Docs came out the next morning to check things out. Scoped the line and saw lots of stuff hanging out where it should not be. Snaked... water torture treatment... other stuff.... Drain should be good as new. Thanks, guys.
