We had Shawn come out and install a new water bib and piping due to an old rusted out section from the basement to outside. Shawn was on time efficient and offered a fair price. Everything was explained prior and the final work was shown to us before he left. Great service all around. Will use in the future for any needed work.

Very easy scheduling. Showed up on time. Very expensive. Charged over $500 to snake the main line from the house to the street and replace a pipe under the sink. Total time on site was 1 hour.

The Pipe Doctor was great! We had an unfortunate disaster right before Thanksgiving. A bathtub upstairs developed a leak that caused our ceiling to collapse and let water in our dining room. Wayne was very punctual, he was polite, and precise with his diagnosis. He and his associate worked fast, and left everything clean. After Thanksgiving my kitchen faucet broke. I am scheduling an appointment to have the Pipe Doctor come and install a new faucet.

We had a bad clog in our guest bathroom, so I looked up some plumbers in the NOVA area and thankfully found the The Pipe Doctor. Within the hour Luis came by and fixed our clog! He was very professional and very courteous. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and will definitely be calling them the next time we have any plumbing issues.

We noticed water leaking from our elderly water heater, and based off of these reviews my husband and I called Gary to do a replacement. We sent him photos of the space and our townhouse so he knew the logistics involved, and he gave us a quote over the phone. It included the basic replacement of our 40gal electric tank water heater with a new one ($750 deal from Angies list) plus another $150 to update the water valve. He came on time, was nice to talk to, finished on time, and there were no hidden charges.

Note: even though the reviews were good, I have a policy of getting at least quotes from at least 3 vendors, and I did my own research on the water heater that Gary recommended. I was able to verify that the model he recommended was a good one and that his price was also good. He also gave good advice on maintenance since he knows the local water system, which was more applicable than what I read on the internet. Would highly recommend.
