The Pipe Doc is fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. We've used them many times and never have had a problem.

I had a problem with my toilet, pipe doc came to fix it and we found out tree roots got into my pipes, so the job was way bigger than i expected. they fixed it, told me what was going on, showed me what was going on, told me how to mitigate problems in the future, and were super helpful and cool about it all, and the price was quite fair. solid guys who do solid work. i would recommend them.

I am so happy with the Pipe Doc. My home was built in 1909 so we have old pipes and my main line gets easily clogged. I have had to call the Pipe Doc on 2 occasions and both times I was completely satisfied with the customer service, promptness, and quality of work. Will also add that their prices were very low. Overall, great company. Would definitely recommend to anyone! I know good plumbers/sewer & drain guys when I see them, my father was a plumber in Durango for 20 years!

Saw him driving in town and took phone number from truck. Called to inquire about a residential remodel job. He sent a fella out to look at the job. Really nice guy came out, talked to me about the job, and told me his boss would put together an estimate for the work and get back to me in a couple days. 10 days later and no estimate or call, I called back and left a message-----no return call. 3 days later the same thing. 7 days later I called again and spoke to the Pipe doc who told me he could not remember me or the job I have and would look into it......2 weeks later, I still have not heard back from him. What kind of business are you running? Glad you will not be doing the work for me, if something was not going right, I have a feeling I'd never hear from you again.

The Pipe Quack
We had a burst pipe in our concrete subfloor due to a freeze this winter. Originally, we were going to jackhammer into the subfloor and then Kevin, the owner, suggested that we cap off the pipe and run new piping in the interior of the house through the family room. I agreed to the recommended fix and was SHOCKED to come home from work and discover that he and his associate had run the pipe on the exterior of the drywall versus in the stud wall behind the drywall. I had never heard of a plumber running piping on the exterior of drywall and would never have imagined that this was even a possibility. Most of the work was done by one of his employees and the quality of the work was far below what I would consider a quality job. Instead of using a stud finder to locate the studs and avoid them, they simply drilled 1.5"" holes in various locations. They also simply laid the pipe on the floor behind the baseboard heat cover! I then received my bill, which came in above his estimated range, and when I called to voice my complete dissatisfaction, Kevin stated that he would take me to court if I didn't pay the full bill.
This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with! If you value a quality job, you should look elsewhere.
