I'm giving this review one star only because there is no way to give it zeronstars. We called the PP to have our kitchen sink drain snaked. I have had this done several times in the 20 years I've owned my home and have paid $100-$150 each time. This morning I was told the service would cost me over $500!!! Of course I could subscribe to their 'discount club' for $8/month which would bring the cost down a few dollars - still almost $500. And to top it all off the equipment they gave the service tech was insufficient to reach the cutout so he had to go under the sink to use the snake. No plumber we've ever used has ever had that problem before. Use ANYONE ELSE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT A FEW DAYS.....

Let me start by saying that this company deserves ZERO stars. I didn't even hire this company in the first place-- our neighbor did. We came home to a massive, puke-like spill in our parking spot. Being absolutely disgusted, we decided to check our Ring camera to see what happened. Lo and behold the Pink Plumber van, clear as day, and the tech dumping a mysterious, orange-brown, clumpy liquid in front of our property and onto our parking spot. We gave them a call to have them clean it up since we have no idea what this could be and we did not want it to fester. However, we got a call back saying that they can send the tech come out on Monday (it is currently Saturday) and that it's safe to clean up ourselves when it's """"just sediment"""" from a water heater. This is in no way to treat someone's property when we didn't have anything serviced. It looks and smells atrocious and NONE of it was of our doing. Save yourself (and your neighbor) the time, money, and hassle and hire another company.

This company is really really bad. But somehow, they have glowing reviews on Angie's List and Home Advisor. Go figure. So I called them out for a routine maintenance on the recommendation from Angie's List. The job should have been somewhere around $250.00 very well paid. Mind you, they are very prompt and sugary sweet in the way they deal with you. By the time they were done quoting the job, they were trying to charge me $3,200 to change the entire unit, not just maintain it. Seriously, this is a $1,200 brand new installation. But the unit did not need to be replaced. Then, they try to write me up on their maintenance plan at like $35.00 a month for ten years. That's about $4,200. I could replace the unit three times in a ten year period and still have money in my pocket. Overall, I know that trade people try to get the most out of you, that they can, but this company has lost it's mind. It's like dealing with a really bad car salesman using heavy pressure tactics to get you to agree to a really bad deal. Anything you call them for, they are going to quote you hundreds and then when they get there, they are going to tell you that it's thousands of dollars. Obviously, I didn't go for it. Be careful out there and good luck to this company. They will never darken my doorway again.

We recently had a very negative experience with this company. We had a slow leak in our house. He came, was very respectful, great customer service skills, lousy at describing what he was going to do. Lots of smoke screen to get you to purchase more, or get additional help to detect the leak because he was not sure. This new additional service cost us a fortune that we were not expecting. When all was said and done, he broke into the suspected wall, replaced the spicket that was leaking, did not fix the wall. The entire unsuspecting work cost us a $1,000. Ridiculous and very underhanded. I used home advisor that I will never but ever use again. Had I called just a general plumber the job would have cost us no more than a couple hundred dollars. What did he actually do? He broke the wall and replaced a spicket which was leaking, that's what he did. He couldn't even identify where the leak was coming from so he had to call another man to identify leak. What a crock, a lot of smoke screen to charge us $1,000. DO NOT hire this company, they will screw you for sure. You should go into a home, identify problem, give the cost to repair and time, and go on with that. Not all the shady doubletalk that we got. You will be very sorry if you hire this company.
