Beware the bait and switch. They advertise $149 septic special but, when they came out, they increase to $349 or more without reasons. I didn't expect $149 would be the final as the amount wouldn't make the business profitable. They, however, went too far. They will say there are too much solid or something else. Septic tank is designed to hold solid. The solid in the tank is absolutely normal and that's the reason why homeowners want to pump it out. This company says you need to pay more because there are solid in it. I kicked them back and called a local company doing only septics, not doing all spetic/hvac/plumbing/water heater/sink/toilet/etc. Their fee were not only reasonable but also all upfront.

they advertize $149. when they come out it is over double that (you have 2 compartments) then after running a camera in the line ..... bla bla bla we found (that we have an excuse to charge more....filter add $239.75, the total $574.75. do they pick on seniors or just everyone. please use anyone else and make sure you get the price upfront with no more excuses.

The gentleman who came out to do the work was great and it was on a Sunday. However, I had an appointment window from 8am-12pm and at 10:30 I got a call from their dispatch saying they were running behind and if someone could come out they would give me a call an hour in advance. They could give me no indications on when or even if, only that they hoped someone would free up. Finally the plumber arrived and I was quoted a ridiculously high rate and they were only able to complete half the work despite what I was told on the phone. As I said, the plumber himself was a good guy but I will not be calling them again for further projects.

Burnt me bad on a part! """"Sir, this part is extremely hard to find and will cost you $350 to $400! Luckily, we have one in stock!"""" I don't mind paying for the service/work, or a part. And I fully expect you to make a nice profit. But, $400 on a part that cost you $25?? I asked for the part number, so maybe I could find it on my own. Guy purposely gives me the wrong #. I said I would still have him do the work, but just wanted to see if I could find the part elsewhere. He had me bent over a barrel, so I paid when I couldn't find the part. I took a picture, and sent it to Kohler though. Couple days later, they replied with part # and price of $19.95 dlvd. Asked at Lowes, and they said they could special order for $25. Spoke with the General Manager, and he couldn't have cared less. After about the 2nd lie, I gave up trying to speak with him!

I have to give some a partially good rating because they did come out on a Sunday on very short notice when my hot water heater was flooded in crawl space. But when the first thing the tech asked was for my bathroom and then took a crap... Yeah not thrilled. Then an 899$ water heater becomes a $3500 water heater your rating is going to tank. I was getting a second opinion at the same time and he wasn't real happy about that, and needless to say, the 2nd opinion was significantly cheaper!

The only thing this company apparently has going for it is the catchy jingle. I was wanting to have my hot water heater replaced. I had an appointment scheduled for today between the hours of 9-1pm. I did not receive one call with an update of when the technician would arrive. I called the company @ 1245 to check the arrival status. I was told that I was still on the schedule and someone would call an hour before their arrival. It is now 3:48pm and I just had to cancel this service request. I work this evening and that is why I scheduled a morning appointment. I have literally wasted ALL day waiting on this company!! I should have stuck with HomeDepot to begin with...

Way over priced compared to their competitors. The only reason I used them this time is that they installed the water heater three years earlier and it was still under warranty. I had two water heaters installed 3 years ago at their teaser rate of $999 each. The install was fine and uneventful. However now had pilot light / control valve problems. The requested $59 service fee, $300+ diagnostic fee then $600+ repair fee even with the part under warranty. All for 40 min of work. Then to cap it off they didn't turn on the water outflow valve when they finished. It's just a simple oversight but it impacts your confidence in their work. In the past I had asked them to service some toilets last time when they did installed a new dishwasher and they priced $200 per toilet just to install a $10 fill valve in each! Needless to say, after this last experience I will no longer be using their services.

Never before have I had a service professional walk off the job with no communication! We had a $10K or so project to convert septic to sewer. We agreed on a price and start date. When the technician showed up as scheduled, our site conditions had changed. When they quoted the project a month earlier, there was bare dirt, but in the 4 weeks since then, the area had been sodded. The technician was visibly upset, drove away, and never called or came back! The 4-week delay in starting was because despite me telling them that the county permitted these types of projects, they continued to call the city and got no response. If they had called the county to begin with, the project could have been done immediately before the area was sodded. I understand that site conditions had changed, but to walk off and not talk about it is inexcusable. I'll never call them again.

Opportunist !!! Rip off artist perfected!! This happened here in Atlanta at a house in Peachtree Hills. I had new renters moving in and they smelled gas the 2nd day in the house.. I called the Pink Plumber and they were happy to assist on a weekend. A gas pressure test for $1200. I called around afterwards and other companies charged approx. 800. Then they proceeded to tell me I needed a new gas line. Well they based the price off a 25 f.t gas line , mine was less than a third of that.... Approx. $6000 to run a new line to the HVAC, hot water heater and stove all located very close to the outside meter. They knew they had me backed into a corner and they took full advantage of me. Turns out the problem was a HVAC issue that could of been fixed for $300. Never ever call these folks, stay far, far away. I am the President of my home owners association as well as a very active member of a civic organization with 900 homes and I will put the word out to all.

My husband called them out to light the water heater of a house we recently purchased. Plumber A didn't have his foot in the garage before even seeing the water heater yells yup looks like it needs replacing. While he tells his partner in crime to have me show him where the bathrooms where so he could turn the water off and check the pressure. Of course I knew at that moment plumber A tried to get plumber B to distract me so that he could """"check """" my system. Need less to say only checking the water pressure we needed a $3100 replacement and ALL the plumbing in the house needed replacing at a cost of an additional $9000.......need less to say I'll be report these guys to the licensing board!.......PLZ don't ever use them ....
