I cannot believe what I just witnessed haha. When the plumber arrived at my house , he seemed okay . Walked in the front door and things got strange, he would constantly be looking around my house and commenting on things , like where I worked and when my birthday was ..... when I showed him what I needed fixed , he continued to tell me other things that were wrong but wouldn't give me a price on just what I wanted. He said """"he had to go over everything"""". He kept on and when he left and all I wanted fixed was one damn sink , he proceeded to tell me I needed a new water heater and cut off valve which was gonna be $2,600.00. I didn't know whether to laugh or take him seriously. I needed to tighten my sink because it was leaking and I didn't have the tools for it and this man said I needed $2,600.00 worth of fixes. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE, it's a joke.

DO NOT use this company. They have a lawsuit against them Online with a State of GA for deceptive practices and overcharging, I wish I saw this first! And might I add arrogant service from their technicians!!! They told me $69 for a repair which ended up costing $334 to rebuild a toilet. I could have purchased a new one with Lowe's or Home Dept. Sadly they falsely advertise with Pink Plumber logo to make themselves appear like they help support suffers of breast cancer. Don't be fooled they are money grabbers which charge outrageous prices!!!

David F. did a fantastic job! Quickly diagnosed the problem, dug a four-foot-deep hole, and replaced broken pipe. Final cost was less than the estimate. He was very friendly and kept me up to date on what he was doing and how long it would take.

WORTHLESS and INCOMPETENT. I had a leak in my backyard which I believed was due to a broken water spigot. I showed their technician the leak and the water spigot and, without even moving a bit of dirt around, told me it was not the spigot. I asked him to look at the irrigation meter and see if he could turn it off to assess whether it was from the outside water lines or not - and he said the cover was locked and he could not access the meter. He told me to call a leak detection company, which I did the next morning. I cost me $350 for them to tell me the leak was from the spigot. The leak specialist was able to lift the irrigation meter cover without any problem and easily turn the water off. I can't even imagine what my water bill is going to be. It would be not be as high if the technician had turned the water off 24 hrs prior.

This is the first time I've used The Pink Plumber since purchasing my home. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Jack R. did a fantastic job! He was courteous, punctual and did an excellent job! I liked the fact that I received an email with his photo prior to my appointment (never had a company take the time to email any information on my technician) and the bio was a very nice touch. I felt their charges were reasonable and they were able to handle my problem in a timely manner. He even cleaned my entire sink prior to leaving! It is still shining! I would highly recommend them for any plumping needs!

Got to PP via Home Advisor. PP responded to my early morning inquiry within minutes, and then let me know Jack would come between 1 and 4. Jack called about an hour later, and said he could come within 30 minutes. Great. He showed up promptly, and was very thorough, professional and competent. Answered all questions. Would definitely recommend him.

Had two tubs clogged. Technician Bradley M. said the existing pluming was all wrong and the estimate was $4300 to replace it. House was renovated in 2007 and have had no plumbing problems since. The plumbing was done wrong and needs to be replaced, but he said he couldn't snake the pipes due to the incorrect elbows that were used. I called a handyman who knows plumbing and he came over, removed a cast iron pipe, snaked both drains, problem solved, and gave me a bill of $150.

I had a scheduled appointment on 7/1/19 with a window of 2-6 pm. At 3:15 p.m. I get a call stating that the person was running an hour behind, I chose to wait. At 5 pm I get another call stating that the person won't make it until approx 8 pm. I was given the option to push the appointment to the next day, which I did. Here's where my problem begins: I was given the same slot as the pervious day. I felt as though my appointment should've been expedited since I was willing to push my appointment. This after all was times chosen by """"your"""" company and since you failed to honor """"your"""" agreement then some consideration should have been made. Your quote seemed a bit unreasonable considering that I'm the only one whose had to make concession in order to give you my money. I had little to no interaction with Taylor, so it would be unfair of me to base this review on him. Needless to say I'm not a satisfied customer.

Taylor from Pink Plumber was knowledgeable and informative concerning my kitchen faucet. It allowed me to save money on my installation.

Michelle showed up on time and spent about an hour talking about the situation with me....we 80% self combo diagnosed the issue, and talked about potential solutions. At no time was I pressured or even encouraged to make a decision....options ranged from $500 just to locate the leak to $1200 to hopefully fix via our self diagnosis (I was a contractor for 17 years, so we just went through the logical issues/solutions). Haven't pulled the plug to begin the fix, but if I can't do myself, will definitely call Michelle for the job.
