I had two issues with plumbing and Steve came after hours and resolved both promptly. He did a great job and I will use them again for future problems.

This business promised they would come to my home to look at a leak, By the end of the day I had to call back, person that answered said yes, they would still come, about an hour later another person called and said """"you didn't call us back so we didn't know if you still wanted us""""... Poor communication in time of need earns you a one-star review.

on May 08,2015 called the pink plumber to install an elbow joint under my kitchen sink, I thought while I had them out I'd inquire about a hot water heater also since mine was 20 years old. The lady at the desk said a 40 gallon hot water heater was $899.00 installed and a 50 gallon water heater was $999.00 installed. when they're plumber came out he said they don't make the water heater I had (which was gas) but said he could put a 50 gallon water heater in my garage by the electric box for $1200.00. Long story short the bill was $2500.00 for the water heater, this was separate from the work he did under my sink. I guess the $1300.00 I was over quoted went to breast cancer research, I wonder if they over charge they're customers and claim the donations on they're tax's at the end of the year at our expense, why else would I get two quotes ( the one they advertise) the one they're plumber gave me and the final bill, oh I forgot I called a guy named Scott and argued but he wasn't concerned

Simply dishonest. They thought they were dealing with an idiot. I had a leak in my ceiling from what I presumed was the toilet above. Called the Pink Plumber and they came out on a Friday to take a look. The plumber removed the toilet upstairs and the issue was discovered. When the previous owner had the bathroom floor tiled, the flange was not extended and the wax seal failed. Pink Plumber proceeded to tell me that it would be $1,500+ for him to go to the ceiling below, cut the pipe and extend it so that the flange could be pushed up to sit on top of the tile. Now, understand, up to this point, I'm purposely playing dumb because I knew immediately how to fix this problem the moment he pulled the toilet up but I wanted to test their integrity. I can kick myself for not pulling the toielt up myself, but I had thought it was a bigger issue. Anyway, it was at this point that I asked him why he would need to do all that work when people install tile all of the time and cutting ceilings and doing extensive plumbing to the drain line is not necessary - they make $2 toilet flange extensions for this specific application. He stammered for a second and told """"well, that's kind of a handyman repair, we do it the right way"""". Well, guy, you're not doing it at all. I told him to not touch anything and I would handle it. I had to negotiate with him hard because he wanted to charge me the full $345 pull and reseat charge for the toilet removal...even though all he did was pull it off. His total time at my house was 30 minutes. So he called his manager and we arrived at a decent cost for, what was basically a diagnosis and trip charge. What happened next was very telling and is why I will never use this company again - and will tell everyone I know too. The guy sat at my kitchen table talking to the dispatcher trying to determine where his next job should be. The guy goes """"well, give me one that will make the most money"""". Literally said this in front of a client he had just tried (unsuccessfully) to swindle out of $1,500. Clearly they're after money and I feel bad for the uninformed homeowner that falls victim to their deceit. Oh and I'm fairly handy. I did this job in about 2 hours at a materials cost of $13. Theres another reviewer below that described his plumber as """"uncommunicative and rude"""" and was """"glad to have him out of the house"""". I think we had the same guy and I had my family at home at the time. I would not have been comfortable with him in my home with my family if I wasn't there. Not good for a service company who's job it is to come into your home and diagnose/repair issues. You guys need to get your act together. You should be embarrassed. Had this company simply offered all possible solutions and not tried to squeeze it's customer, I would have probably used them and saved myself the hassle.

Given my experience, I don't know how this company survives. Their plumber arrived nearly 2 hours past their commitment time. Once there it was clear that he didn't have a clue what he was doing. He spent 3 hours at our place with nearly half of that in his truck on the phone. At the end of three hours he announced that he could not fix our problem and left. Throughout his stay he was non-communicative and when he did speak he was insulting and rude. Even though he left without fixing the problem I was glad that he left. Maybe calling out a plumber on Fathers Day will get you the low man on the totem pole but I expected better than this. Don't let their cute radio ads and quirky vans fool you.

The plumber who fixed our problem had to come out an additional 2 times in order to stop the leaks after the work was performed. His attitude upon returning was certainly less than cordial. However, I will give credit where it is due in that he did fix a somewhat complicated problem. Perhaps, those performing a service should consider being a bit friendly to their customers.

Jerry Beard and Nicklous McCormick spent the entire afternoon working on my kitchen sink...and they got the job done! Can't recommend them highly enough! Friendly, hard-working, professional, competent, and priced very fairly.

When my regular (an now ex) plumber wasn't available Memorial Day weekend we turned to The Pink Plumber. Their dispatch was attentive and had good follow up. Once at our rental property, Stephen W. Was very professional and informative. The best part is the detailed and LEGIBLE work invoice meticulously listing all work with itemized pricing.

Can't say how they are....they never showed. They called to say they were running late, then called to say they were not coming. I took a day off of work, and not only did they show no respect for that, they also did not have a supervisor follow up with me as promised. The 'first impression' is supposed to be the best. If this is the best...I would hate to see the worst.

The Pink Plumber charges about 4x the amount any other plumber will charge you while asking """"how can I make you smile"""". If you want to save money, do not use Pink Plumber. If you have so much money you don't care, the Pinker Plumbers are the plumbers to call. Get several estimates from different people and see for yourself -- don't take my word for it. They claim to donate a portion of their proceeds to Breast Cancer -- it seems like they are charging their customers for that portion and more. Make a donation directly to your cause of choice and steer clear of this operation.
