This has been an ongoing problem for about a year and I still have no resolution, they offered to fix a problem that they created but I I don't see how this should be my responsibility at all, I am financially damaged and frankly hurt by the previous loyalty I had with this company!! T.Jefferson

they advertize $149. when they come out it is over double that (you have 2 compartments) then after running a camera in the line ..... bla bla bla we found (that we have an excuse to charge more....filter add $239.75, the total $574.75. do they pick on seniors or just everyone. please use anyone else and make sure you get the price upfront with no more excuses.

WARNING - DO NOT USE THE PINK PLUMBER I called the Pink plumber to pump out my septic tank. Over the phone, they told me it would 149 dollars. As soon as the guy arrived he started to nickel and dime me... 200 for this and extra 100 for that, an extra 100 depending on what kind of shit we find in the tank we'll charge more..., or if oil, grease, sludge are in the tank... or if the level is too high we charge another 200, etc making numerous totally unnecessary ridiculous additional charges and adding them to the initial 149 costs. He even had me sign a waiver about indemnifying the company if they damage anything while digging, when there was no digging... the tank is accessed by a riser with a manhole cover. Depending on what they see in the tank the charges go up. He told me it would be at least 691 dollars to pump the tank...and it could be more depending on what we find in the tank. That's when I said stop. Cancel everything. LEAVE NOW!! I had the feeling these guys were con artists, forced to comply with their company policy of charging the shit out of people for any and everything possible when none of the other septic tank companies I used did this. I would not advise anyone to use this company!! The only reason they get 1 star is that there isn't a box with NO stars.

Scheduled an appointment with Thomas on Thursday from 8-12. By 11:30 no one showed up and I heard nothing. I called and they said Thomas was off today and my appointment should not have been scheduled. They apologized and said I would be the first appointment tomorrow from 8-12. The next day they called me at 11 and said Thomas was held up and couldn't come until the afternoon. So apparently I was not actually his first appointment. Then they called at 2 and said he would not be able to come at all today and offered me Saturday. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS POORLY ORGANIZED COMPANY.

I had these guys come out for routine septic tank cleaning. Justin immediately asked what kind of issues are you having. Which sink or toilet is backing up. I had none of these issues. He opens the lid of the tank and immediately tells me that we need to replace the inlet baffle, and that our sewer pipe is backed up. I said that all drains are draining fine. He insisted there was a problem. I finally told him to just pump the tank and leave. Poor workmanship and cracked my tank lid while putting it back in place. He did not even have it on straight until I told that it was not all the way on. Constantly tried to sale additional services. I would not recommend this company!!

WARNING - DO NOT USE THE PINK PLUMBER. I had a backed up sewer line at my house and called the Pink Plumber. They came out and said it would be $3100 to fix. After completely making a mess of my yard they said it would be $9800 -(They supposedly had to reevaluate the problem...1st red flag.) I was told I had a completely collapsed sewer line and it had to be replaced. I initially approved the repair. However, the Technician told me he was also going to have to dig through the concrete driveway and also dig up my landscaping in my yard to fix. The money started adding up in my head. So.... I called around for some 2nd quotes. I hired another Plumbing company to come out to evaluate the situation - they charged me $470 to run a camera down the pipe. Well.....The pipe is fine and does not need to be repaired. (I was given a video clean pipe.) I almost blew a lot of money to replace a sewer line that was not damaged. It was a $600 fix not a 10K repair. The other plumbing company said the line has been there for 50 years and would most likely be there for another 50 years. Since sending a video of the perfect pipe (4.24.2020) The Pink Plumber has not returned my calls. I am trying to get restitution for the money I spent to correct the mess their Technician made in my yard. I had to repair sprinkler lines etc... I have filed complaints with the BBB, State of Georgia Licensing Board and the Secretary of State. But wanted to warn people on Yelp as well. STAY AWAY!

We made an appointment to have our septic tank pumped. The appointment was for Friday, April 10th. No one showed up. We waited ALL day and at 3:57 that afternoon we got a text message to call the office. They told us we would be first on Saturday. They show up to do the $149 pump, which is advertised on the website. Dug up the tank, opened it and told us Nope-this is going to be $310.00. A little while later, they call us out to tell us we need $3600 worth of repairs. We needed the rear baffle and tail out pipe replaced. When we balked about the price-they dropped it to $2400. So they will upsell you the second they open the tank. We refused the work-they closed us back up with a clogged main drain-(which they wanted an additional $350 to clear). We found another service that came out here-FIXED the issue-showed us everything unlike the Pink Plumber guys and we are running fine for only $1495. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

Be prepared! I recently called the Pink Plumber to pump my septic tank and to check a wet area in my yard that I suspected was caused by my septic system's drain field. I have seen their television commercials for years and felt that they were reputable. Knowing that I had the wet spot in my drain field, I expected to pay more than the $149 tank pumping that they advertise. I called and scheduled them to come out and they advised that they would come between 2 & 6pm on the following Monday. I and the person renting my house planned our schedule to meet with them then. On that Monday about noon, they called and said that they could not be there because """"their tanks were full"""". I understand that this refers to tanks where their trucks empty what they pump from septic tanks into. I reminded them that I had made an appointment and rearranged my day to meet them but all they would say was that """"their tanks were full"""". They advised they would be there the next day, Tuesday. Their crew arrived on Tuesday. Two very nice young men who answered all of my questions while doing their work and they also appeared to have done a good job on the work they did. They pumped my septic tank and advised that the wet spot I had was due to my drain field line not draining properly. They gave me an estimate for repairs for $3,247. Sticker shock! One of the men went over what needed to be done with me while we were standing in the rain looking at my septic system that would not work correctly if this work was not done. I reluctantly agreed for them to proceed. If you use the Pink Plumber or any other service, I recommend that you be prepared as much as possible. If I had this to do over again, I would call around to get estimates on the following services that I paid for: Pump a 1,000 gallon septic tank (I was charged $149) Pump additional amount from overfilled septic tank (I was charged $161, which I was later credited for) Backpump drainfield (I was charged $610) Jet debris from drainfield piping (I was charged $510) Pour fieldline biocorrector into fieldline (I was charged $1,360. Yes $1,360). This was about a 5 gallon bucket of """"bacteria"""". Install baffle tee without tail out (I was charged $454). This appeared to be common PVC parts that were attached to the outlet of my septic tank. Maybe less that $25 worth of parts? It took the crew about 90 minutes or less to complete the balance of the work after the tank had been pumped. The charge for this time plus their materials was almost $3,000 of the total work. The next day I called to get a better explanation of my charges, left a message and no one called back. I called the next week and was able to talk to someone. We talked about my charges for a long time and I was given no specific reasons why the charges were as high as they were. I was offered a 5% Senior discount but it was such an insulting offer, I refused it. To summarize, I very much appreciate the work the Pink Plumber crew did but I am at a loss as to why their charges are as high as they are. If you need someone to service your septic tank, be prepared and do a little homework so that you can determine if you are being treated fairly and ethically. I don't think anyone can pay their employees, pay for their equipment and other expenses and realize a decent profit by pumping septic tanks for $149.

Appointment was sent between noon and four, with a guaranteed 1 hour in advance call. Got a call at three o' eight, and missed it, saw they called at three twenty and called right back. But, stated quite crude and short, because I didn't respond within ten minutes, they said I could reschedule for a different date. We wasted the most of a family Sunday waiting. We do not plan to reschedule. We shall simply take our business elsewhere, and recommend others do the same.

I called the Pink Plumber because a cheap valve on my water line came off while trying to shut water off and water everywhere! I shut the water off to my condo. They made me a priority but couldn't get there until early next morning. Darrin Ross came promptly, replaced the valve and try to settle the original problem which was a sensor faucet gone wild. He spoke with Moen, and with no success, was able to get Moen to send me the new control box for free. Very happy. He was professional, took due care in my home and kind. My only regret was another woman married him before I could propose! Will use them again..
