Prompt response but metholodogy on problem solving left much to be desired. Quoted a price to assess where source of leak would be, and was fair in disclosing that the assessment might not be conclusive, or even productive (i.e. cannot find). I called back to ask further questions, and was promised a callback which did not happen. Would not recommend for plumbing issues where the fix is not obvious.

I had an older and very experienced plumber come in today. He identified the diverter valve right away as the problem. Did not need to turn off the water or drain anything. Did not need to open up the wall or cut holes in the shower. The problem was fixed in 40 minutes and cost me $160 vs $1600.

The reply given from The Permanent Solution is once again deceptive and trying to take advantage of someone who may not know as much about plumbing. Having been educated at this point it is even further disappointing that the Permanent Solution continues its deception.

Additionally, an exact replacement unit with warranty can be purchased at Home Depot for very little. Once again no need to cut holes in the shower. This would be excessive and damaging. I trust the guy from This Old House on YouTube who has a video on how to replace the entire unit.

I am so disappointed and frustrated. This could have been my elderly parents victimized by this company.

Lewis is awesome. We had a few minor issues that Lewis was able to address quickly and efficiently while showing me how to take care of some of them myself in the future. Plumbing is expensive, so that's huge. We found out that our water heater was 6 years old and it was time for a new one. Lewis explained the entire process in an easy to understand way that made us feel comfortable we were making the right decision. He was able to give us an appointment the next day. The following day he had a cancellation and was able to come even earlier than promised. He arrived right on time with 2 other guys. They were all very polite, considerate, and proficient workers. They replaced the old water heater in a little over 2 hours and it's working great. Would absolutely recommend Lewis and the Permanent Solution. I will be calling him again for any plumbing issues in the future.

When my parents' furnace quit unexpectedly, over the weekend, finding reliable help was near impossible. Lewis was kind and very responsive, going out of his way to come to give us an estimate earlier than expected. This company knows the value of good communication. They were in touch via phone, text, and email, every step of the way. I can't praise their work ethic highly enough. So glad I found The Permanent Solution! Because in an emergency, everyone wants someone who responds as though it were their own family in need. Customer service like this is rare in these times. Their service is worth its weight in gold. Very impressed. Someone immediately contacted me after I reached out. They were able to schedule me within the week. I was given a 2 hour window of when someone would come, and they were right on time. I was even notified previous to the person coming to my home. Highly recommend!

Called a few places for a general quote on my shower repair. There was leaking from somewhere behind the wall (yikes). Every place I called quoted $50-100 simply for diagnostics. I called Lewis at Permanent Solutions and not only did he offer a free quote, but ran diagnostics with me over the phone, instructing me how to remove the shower valve and explaining what I was looking for.

He was very responsive, professional, and friendly throughout the process, and I felt his quote was reasonable based on what I read on google. I also loved the technology he uses. Everything was digitized from quotes to payments and receipts. I even got up-to-date texts when he was en route to my residence.

But the very best part was how quickly he worked. I was crunched with a deadline and he moved things in his schedule to accommodate finishing the work with plenty of time to spare. Truly appreciated, and I would use him again.

Did a great job cleaning kitchen sink drain. But wanted to charge me 125.00 dollars because he did have parts which was included in the original price. Because he had to come back.
