I met Sergio a few years ago when we were both in line at OSH. I was buying supplies to try to fix my leaky toilet; he gave me advice on how to do it and gave me his card. I fixed the toilet myself that time. But since then, I have called probably a dozen times. He's diagnosed problems other plumbers couldn't find, fixed sprinkler 'repairs' botched by my gardener, and remedied mistakes I made. He's replaced toilets, shower fixtures, a water heater, repaired water lines and corrected a longstanding problem with my water pressure. He's smart, fair, honest, reliable and a very nice guy. I can leave him working alone in my home and not worry about anything. Even my dogs get happy when they see him; he's very nice to them. And he stands behind his work and will make sure you are satisfied.

After calling several plumbers in the late afternoon and getting either very high price quotes and or no set appointment times, I stumbled upon Sergio's listing online. I had an emergency, my water was off and a shower valve was open and I couldn't get it closed. Called Sergio and he quoted over 1/3 less $ than the others I had called and said he'd be to my house in an hour. Well he and Frank arrived within a half hour and did the job cleanly, professionally while explaining everything they were doing. Great guys, great job. I took their cards and have already referred them to a couple of friends. Thanks guys, you saved the day!

Sergio and Frank are the best. I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Called them at 730am and they were here at 9am, on time. They assessed the problem and determined that we needed to replace the hoses and faucet because they were old and already worn out. I had the option to buy the materials myself or they could buy it for me. I opt for them to buy it for me because it would be faster as they know what they need and more convenient for me. Once they were at the store, they called me to say that the nearest hardware store is pricier (which i know is true) and that they would go to another store to get my costs down. Now that's what i call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. once they got back, they quickly fixed the problem and even cleaned up after they were done. Frank and Sergio are great guys and very professional. Last but not the least, their rates are very reasonable. I will be sure to recommend them and use them in the future.

Sergio was great! Aside from being affordable (his rate was one of the best), he was very prompt and professional! I just needed a simple bathroom faucet installation, & he spent the time to make sure that it was done properly. He has a great personality, and will do his best to keep any unexpected expenses at a minimum. All in all, I did have some unexpected problems, but he gave me a great price, & his rate was still lower than the rest. I will definitely call him again for any future jobs. I had thought we found the ideal plumber when we used Sergio. But after this last visit we won't be using him again. He came out to fix our shower in the back of the house that is only used by overnight company. It was our daughters bathroom (/shower) until she left for college in 2009. She was coming out with her new boyfriend and begged us to get it fixed. (She knew of the problem before she moved away to college). So we called Sergio. He came out and snaked it and charged us the reasonable rate of $75. The second day of her 3 day visit she said the shower still didn't drain. Her feet were covered in water the entire time she showered. Unfortunately we didn't call Sergio back immediately. Three months later our son came out to visit. He said the same thing. So we called Sergio and told him about it. We used it a total of 5 showers. When he came out again all he could think of to do was snake it. Again. Still no luck. He finally stuck a screw driver in the drain and pulled out a mass of hair. That was what the cause was from the beginning. When he snaked it the first and second times, neither removed the clogged hair right inside the drain cover. I was thrilled he finally found the cause. So as he was about to leave I gave him $30 in cash for making the trip. He then told me he had to charge me the full $75. I said we only used it a total of 5 showers. Would he have charged me that same amount if I had called him back 5 days later? He said yes, he would. I said I didn't understand given he never fixed the problem in the first place. He then proceeded to tell me he knows people who clean their hair brushes and drop the loose hair in their shower. It seems that was what he was implying we did. Whether he thought we were lying about only using it 5 times or not, I really don't know. I guess the lesson we learned we'd like to pass on to anyone willing to use his services: ALWAYS test his work BEFORE he leaves your house. Because if you have to call him back he'll charge you the full rate again. No exceptions. (I might add this was not our first time using Sergio. We've used him many times before. But it was always to install new stuff. So you'd think he'd want to keep a recurring customer happy. I guess not. The extra $45 was more important.)

Sergio was amazing!!! If you need a local plumber he is the one. I stupidly flushed baby wipes down the toilet (never do that again) and after many attempts to fix it myself (all while trying to keep any eye on my very busy 2 year old) I finally found Sergio on Yelp. Even with late night short notice he responded promptly, was very polite, and fixed the problem. Thank you for saving me from my panic!! :)

I was referred to Sergio by a family member. I called [email protected] up and was at my house within 30 minutes(more like 15minutes).I told him where the problem was and went straight to work. An honest and affordable plumber with this much knowledge is hard to come by. I have a whole slew of plumbing issues that need to be delt with. I will be giving my business to Sergio as long as he is willing to take it.

Called in for a possible problem with a toilet. It ended up being a problem with the water pressure and had to switch out our regulator. Sergio explained what was causing the noise and how the worn regulator as affecting the water pressure. He was very patient, Great customer service. Thank you for your work. I definitely reccomend.
