Zack is the absolute best. We've worried about a plumbing leak in our bathroom over the past couple of days. Zack came over on short notice and quickly found the problem. It turned out it was just a loose fitting on the toilet. I was embarrassed I had not identified this myself but he was very gracious and said there was no charge for his trip. This guy is a class guy & we will be using him when we have a real plumbing issue in the future & telling our friends!

I called Zach based on the wonderful reviews here, and, after having Zach fix our plumbing problem yesterday, I can't agree more with them.
He was punctual, patient, explained everything, charged a reasonable price and was on his way. He was also very neat in appearance and his truck was immaculate. I liked it that he answered the phone when I called, although I know this is not always possible. In the Passionate Plumber,we have found a plumber for our home in Dana Point! Not that we want to see him often, lol. Hire him!

I could not WAIT to put out my review for Zack! We suspected a slab leak and called a local restoration company at 11:30pm one night. That company referred us to call Zack for leak detection. We called him at 7am the very next day and Zack showed up at our door at noon. Wow! Without ever being asked, he put on his clean ""boat shoes"" at the door so he wouldn't dirty up our floors. He brought his equipment and tools. He walked all around our house and finally gave me the good news. We don't have a leak, yay! But Zack was not done. He then tested our wood floors for moisture level and discovered our fridge was leaking. Realizing this is outside of his work, he gave me several good referrals for appliance repairs, restoration, and repiping. Zack left without charging me anything for his thorough work. He was at my house for 45 minutes in the middle of a 90+ degree day. He even took the time to teach me the steps to self diagnose if I ever suspect a leak in the future. Zack is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and so easy to talk to. From now on, I know exactly who to call if we need plumbing services. Thank you, The Passionate Plumber!

I highly recommend this Plummer!! He went out of his way to squeeze me in and was on time! He was personable, kind and explained everything to me in simple terms. I thought I needed a new garbage disposal and he just fixed it and save me a lot of extra costs.

Zach brings Midwest customer service to California which is a breath of fresh air. Like others have commented, he replies promptly, listens attentively and addresses the issues in a straight forward manner, ensuring all along the way he's communicating process, price and timelines. Zach takes the time to get the know the person behind the job too which is the best service anyone could hope for. Will definitely look to Zach for all our future plumbing jobs!

Called on a Wednesday evening and Zach said he'll arrive within 1 1/2 hour window. He showed up within the time frame! Not only did he fix the problem, he performed the job in a clean and efficient manner! He even offered suggestions and options on how to prevent future problems. Great job!

Things that Zach did correctly:

1. He answered the phone when I called. Honestly, that's almost the number one quality I look for a in a business nowadays: someone who answers the phone.

2. He showed up twenty minutes later, as promised.

3. His self-designed uniform was clean and professional, and I appreciated the throwback-to-the-50s look.

4. He competently performed the work. Go figure. In this day and age!

Zach seems to have mastered a basic principle that otherwise escapes most people in all facets of life: he did what he promised to do.

Awesome experience with Zack from Passionate Plummer! Prompt service, Zack was at my house within an hour of my call. Respectful of the cleanliness of the house, wears protective clothing and shoes when inside the house. Very knowledgeable of his field and provided advise and pertinent info on my plumbing. Very professional appearance, awesome work van, polite and upfront. Would definitely call Zack again for my plumbing needs!!

I met Zach when he worked for another plumbing company and was thrilled with his service. I was happy for him when he started his own business because, quite frankly, he's too honest for the kind of business where pay their employees on commission so they have to tell you that everything should be replaced. Zach is intelligent, honest, professional, and knows his stuff. What more could you ask for?
