I am a very satisfied customer of the Passionate Plumber. Garret was very polite on the phone, easy to work with and easy to schedule. Sammy arrived on time for 3 items on the quote - snake the master shower, install a bidet toilet seat and replace two faucets in the master bathroom. After looking under the sinks he discovered inches of cement with the old faucets that needed to be removed (ground out) so the new faucets could be installed. Much much more work than anticipated. (Poor install with the previous owner.) They honored the quote given and stayed longer than expected to finish the job. Very well done. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend The Passionate Plumber.

They weren't the lowest quote but they picked up the phone (4 of 6 plumbers I called had a message service but never called back!). Passionate Plumber had excellent communication before, during, and after the repair. Speaking of the repair, my elderly mother-in-law had a clogged kitchen sink line that needed to be snaked. Sammy, who was assigned to this job, arrived on time and got the repair done quickly. I was not there during the repair but my MIL said he was very nice. One thing that was a bit confusing to me is the business/owner info. Garret is the owner but he has the old owner's statement (Zach) still up on Yelp--I'm thinking, who am I hiring? I think Garret should ditch Zach's info and stand on his owner merit as he and his crew did an awesome job.

Pinhole leak in a 1"" pipe in my kitchen ceiling a few days before Christmas. Was able to control the drip and started looking for an expert to repair the pipe. Called several plumbers week between Christmas and New Year with few responses, or inordinately high estimates. Garrett called me back the same evening, took the time to listen, reviewed a few pictures I sent by text, and worked out a fair price estimate. Showed up on-time the next morning and got the job done quickly and efficiently as promised. Then he even stayed to give some advice on a few other items: a water filtration system for our hard water, and where to search for some tough to find replacement shower fixture trims. Excellent communication, great work, and a super nice and knowledgeable guy. Will recommend to all my neighbors.

Outstanding! Bought a new washer and dryer but ran into some trouble with the washer valve connection to the water line. I sent them some pics and they tried to walk me through it on the phone. After I could not crack it, he was in my house in less that 10 minutes and got everything sorted out. Great service, 100% recomend. I know who I'll be calling for all my plumbing services from now on.
