I had called a number of local plumbers, prepared to spend some money on a new water heater. More than a 3 did not return my call. One returned my call, came out and did not return my quote for 2+ weeks.
Zach called me back same day, spent a good 15 minute on the phone answering questions and even told me about contacting cheaper vendors for the job, which I did. I was not impressed with the cheaper vendors (based on too many ""add ons"" of cost), so I went with Zach and Passionate Plumber. I could not be more grateful for the stellar work he did, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would use them again for any job, large or small.

Zach is the best. We had a faulty toilet. I called Zach and he gave me some tips over the phone to try in hopes to fix our problem before he came out. The tips didn't work however the advice was free. He then come out and worked on our toilet for over an hour. He believed that the toilet was just past its prime but said he would try all he could. This again was free of charge since he didn't fix the problem (he knew it probably couldn't fix the broken toilet, it was too far gone) we ordered a new toilet and Zach removed our old toilet and replaced it with a new one within two days. He is professional, clean, fair priced, and knowledgeable. We will use and recommend Zach in the future. 5 Stars!

Passionate Plumber not only returned my call properly, but was on time, professional, honest, & reasonable. He did not try to up sell & is at the top of my list for future work. I couldn't be more pleased with Zach's work. He initially replaced my worn-out garbage disposal and on another occasion installed a new faucet in the kitchen. He also installed a new hot water heater since mine was over 16 years old. His work was thorough and he was always on-time. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Wanted to give a shout out to Ryan. I was in the process of buying a house and even though I paid for someone else's service for a sewer lateral, I couldn't get them to give me a quote on repairs.
