I called Zach about a leaky water heater at my rental property. He quoted $1789, then went over and fixed the problem immediately (even with some complications.) Later, friends told me the amount was up to twice what they paid for water heater replacement. When I asked Zach he said he gives 5 star service and wouldn't adjust the bill. Since he did what he said I kept my word and paid the bill even though I couldn't afford it. From now on I'll get three bids.

I noticed my water heater was leaking and called Zach up, he talked me through turning off the water heater and water line to it, and said he'd be out at a certain time.
He came out and replaced our water heater that same evening, even staying late.

Once again Zach is there to save the day (on a Sunday again too!)
Long story short, neighbor has water leaking into their garage, calls a plumber who tore a bunch of their walls open and wanted to tear all of my walls open to find it...I tell him no (he gets mad) and I call Zach to the rescue. Zach solves the problem with minimal intrusion.
Zach is very friendly, professional, honest and his pricing is extremely reasonable (especially for emergency service)!
It's very reassuring to know that I can trust and count on Zach for all of my plumbing problems!

Zach is fastidiously* professional and clearly passionate about plumbing.
He's been out within a matter of hours twice for leaks in our new home ... and is basically a Plumbing 1st Responder. Two toilet leaks later and a new garbage disposal ... I highly recommend The Passionate Plumber.

FunFact:
Each time Zach entered our home, he slipped his feet into funny grey shoes that look like Crocs or small rubber boats. Each time he left to go out to his bad ass plumbing van, Zach left his boat shoe Crocs behind. I'm not sure what these funny shoes are for and I wish I had asked.

Zach did what no other plumber wanted to do. He successfully repaired a disastrous initial installation (done by the contractor) of our high-end plumbing fixtures. I highly recommend that if you're installing plumbing fixtures to have a real plumber do it and avoid the headaches later.

Zach is like a doctor, he looks at the problem, gives you a diagnosis, and then gives you the remedy. He takes his time explaining the issues to you so that you know exactly what he'll have to do. He's softspoken and a gentleman. A pleasure to do business with!

Being on time was great but more importantly his communication of exactly what was the issue and how to fix the issue with great parts was awesome!
