This is my second experience with The Pampering Plumber. The work is excellent, and the plumbers are top-rate. I enjoyed having EDWIN GAUSE put in a new sink and reset a toilet. His work was very well done, and clean, and explained the entire process. I highly recommend the Pampering Plumber.

Their prices on water softeners are very reasonable and best of all you know that a state certified plumbing company made sure your system was installed correctly the 1st time. It gives me great piece of mind knowing that if anything ever does go wrong, they are on call 24/7.

toilet not working. told need new toilet. $428.00 2 days later same thing happened, offered to send tech to put camera to see if something clogged, did not want this because problem intermittent. one week later another toilet not flushing, I called septic tank company and was told this is due to all the heavy rains and it will subside and do not call a plumber, I called pampering plumber and spoke to brett, I asked for a rebate because sold a toilet for no reason. he said no rebates. he agreed this problem happens with heavy rains. why did they sell me a toilet if they knew this. ?

All I wanted was for them to come out (since they were the ones who put the system in) to verify that the water softener was off?! They charged me $59.00?!! to stand there and tell me """"Yes, it was off""""?!! Seriously?!! Not to mention, it was set on """"20""""?!! instead of where it is suppose to be at """"12""""?! No wonder there was way too much salt going through my pipes and appliances... my washer & dryer are showing signs of rust now?! And, there's such a salt residue in the lint tray of the dryer that I have to wash it out?!!

Needed a hot water heater and call another company that quoted 1600. I called pampering plumber/who installed the water heater when our house was built and they quoted 899 and was there within an hour. George was professional and courteous and had the job done in an hour. I highly recommend them.

I called to have a routine toilet clog fixed in December and was told by the very polite receptionist that the $59 service charge would be taken off of the final quote. The service tech came out and estimated the service at between $165 and $400+ depending on whether he would have to get on the roof to snake the clog. He used an ordinary plunger and fixed the toilet issue, which turned out not even to be clogged. He was there for 10 min. Then he argued with me in my home about the $59 not being refundable. I called the manager who basically walked away from my business over $59. I bet if both men had dealt with my husband instead of me, I wouldn't have gotten ripped off. Since then, my neighbors have also shared a similar story. I wished I had known that prior to calling them.

Today the Pampering Plumber installed my water softener and garbage disposal switch. Josh the technician did a great job. Unfortunately he had to spend about an hour troubleshooting the original plumbers mistakes. He took the time to go over everything with us. Great job Josh. John my original contact does the water testing. He also does a great job. Explains things well and is a great communicator. The quotes are precise and the prices for the work are fair. Will not hesitate to call these folks anytime a plumbing issue arises. Thanks.
