At first I thought they were great. Had a full repipe done on an old home I'm renovating. We had several ceiling leaks from their work, holes they left in roof and boots not installed correctly. Twice we had to repair broken pipes because they didn't remove an old water softener, that they said they would remove. They didn't remove it, and told me it was disconnected when they didn't actually do that either. I had to pay other contractors for 4 emergency repairs to fix their mistakes. My work crew went home half day (paid for full) because we had no water. I had leaks in my attic, garage and bathrooms. To top it off, they removed themselves from the permits, leaving me in a jam. This company is complete chaos, doesn't answer the phone half the time (leaving their work mistakes to be solved by others at your expense). They make promises they don't keep, they lie about work performed, and then leave the office girl to figure it all out, while no-showing twice when they promised to come out and take a look and talk it over.I lost a lot of both money and time due to all of the problems created by them.

After the freeze in 2020, I had a lot of pipes burst. They asked for $2000 deposit for materials. When the insurance denied me a full repipe they kept $1000 of my down payment!! Admitted they used my supplies for other homes. When I went to pick up my $1000 the lady was rude and LAUGHED in my face! Most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. The trauma of my whole house getting ruined, fighting with the insurance for 9 months was bad enough. Then this jerk rips us off. Run, don't walk, to any other plumber you can find!! I hope one day someone does the same thing to him. He is a complete jerk.

I contacted them and met up with one of their plumbers. I was promised to get the quote the following day. It's been more than a week and still have not received the quote despite many follow-ups. Not quite reliable.

These guys were very nice! My only note is that I was a little taken aback that one of them wore a "Trump 2020" mask. With the country being so politically divided, I thought it was a bit unprofessional. Just my two cents.

We got a new water heater installed which they did quickly and professionally, then a couple weeks later we had an issue with our garbage disposal so naturally we called them again. We were able to have someone out to see what that problem was quickly to discover there was a piece of glass lodged in one of the teeth. They removed it and now it is working like new again not charge necessary which was greatly appreciated!! Highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

I called them after American Home Shield sent Mr. Rooter to fix a stopped drain near my washing machine. Total rip off scam artists tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars worth of work.

Mr. Plumber were so nice on the phone, had someone at my house within an hour. Told me exactly what it would cost to use the various machines. The first two augers didn't work-- the man tried for almost two hours! They came back the next day with a huge machine and fixed it.
It was almost $600 for the two days, but still way less than the scam artists.

And, the guys were so kind, respectful of my house, and included me in the repair process to show me everything that was going on.

I will recommend this company to anyone.


Update--January 2019
They refit my house with pex pipe and new water heater. It took one day, and they left no sign at all of any mess. They covered all cuts into the wall with very inconspicuous plastic plates. Excellent quality work,communication(even offered an earlier time slot due to a cancellation) and very fair prices with no upsell.

fantastic team. excellent service, pricing and insight. they delivered what they promised, when they promised it and were there to further assist as needs arose. chris is a fine communicator and tells it like it is. he's not abrupt just honest. glad i selected them and will be my go-to plumbing team in the future. they definitely get referrals from me and i'm sure they won't let you down. as a former commercial property mgr, these are the type vendors that make all the difference!!!

It is my opinion that this company and the owner Chris are not worth hiring, I would go someplace else. They do not send out a plumber, they send technicians. They did not arrive at 2pm as scheduled but at 4:30pm They do not bring parts with them- and charged me for the time to go get them. My repairs are still leaking and I have to hire another plumber to fix their work. The "technicians" did not understand what I wanted and did not do all the repairs I wanted.. They "forgot" the credit card swiper. In my opinion the charges were excessive. Phone call to the owner Chris proved useless, he gets angry and hostile. Still waiting for him to come to my house and "rip the pipe out of the wall and give me my check back" his words, not mine. I was agreeable to this solution since I have to have another plumber out any way but he never showed, surprise !. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!!!

We needed some extensive plumbing work done during our master bath remodel. We took a couple of bids. This company showed up on time and not only did a good job, they saved us some money. As a business owner myself, I am not easily impressed, but i was. We are planning on using them in the near future on our kitchen.
