Getting close to a decade in using Ryan and his company. What's important to me are a few things. Be on time, and if you say I'll be at your place by X, be here. Ryan is that. Next, do quality work, and stand by it. Ryan does that. And operate with integrity, which means how you deal with me is based on being transparent, respectful and fair (which means my gut says you're pricing and the work you're suggesting is fair). Ryan shows that for me. It's hard to find great people who exemplify these traits and ways of working but you get it with Ryan and his company. I'm glad to have found him so many years ago and this is my plumber. Use him!

I literally love the guys who work there. Ryan always answers calls and texts to schedule and sends the guys out. There's also a gentleman named Dusty and another gentleman (sorry forgot the name my apologies, not the face) who fixed literally every one of the issues in the house.

From pumps, to pipes, to plumbing, to toilets, showers, cartridges, and even flow of hot and cold water. Is there anything they cannot do?

They literally have golden hands. I am forever grateful to know them, as they have resolved every issue in the house. If you want the best, these guys are!

I highly recommend Ryan Labonte and The O.C. Plumbing Company! I was referred to Ryan by a very good friend of mine. I had him come look at a condensation water leak situation I was having with my Heater/AC unit. The copper pipes used when the house was built were becoming degraded and I either needed to swap out the piping (which meant ripping up my walls and ceilings) or find another creative way to dispose of the water. Ryan was creative and things worked out perfectly! We were able to find another path for the water and eliminate a pump...and avoid ripping up my house! The project was done in about an hour and the cost was very reasonable. I couldn't be happier!!! :-)

I have used OC Plumbing for a while now and they never disappoint. I just used them to install a garbage disposal, faucet and fix a leak. They are very reasonably priced and do excellent work. We came home from a trip to find water in our garage that turned out to be from a slab leak. If you have never heard of such a thing it is a nightmare. One or more pipes that were installed in the slab during original construction has typically corroded and is leaking. Although you can obviously see the water finding where and from what pipe it is coming is almost an art.
Fixing it even more so.
We were referred to Ryan and The OC Plumbing by our regular plumber.
Long story short, Ryan was incredibly responsive, was amazingly on point with his prognosis and recommendations. We had to do the whole thing long distance and Ryan was great at communicating progress, problems, etc.
In the end, he and his team did a great job and our house is watertight again. I would give them a huge recommendation to anyone for any job, big or small.
