I had an issue with a leaky faucet, and during my insomnia texted Sam at 4 am and he responded right away, and told me he would come after 9 (he came right on time at 9) on New Year's Eve, even though I told him it wasn't a rush job. Wore a mask, was courteous and friendly. Will use again for other services for sure!

I had a pipe burst in my master bath. I just bought this house a few months ago, so you can imagine how bad I was freaking out. I called The Neighborhood Plumber and Air at about 1030am on sunday morning. I spoke to Sam, who was currently in the east valley working on a job at the moment. Before he headed over, he made sure to give me a call ahead of time and an ETA. Once Sam was able to analyze and diagnose what the issue was, he throughly explained to me what was wrong & gave me a quote. Being confident in his knowledge, I gave him the go ahead to work on the job! During the process, he showed me every detail of what happened and explained why the pipe bursted and was leaking. He even let me test out the shower to make sure that I was satisfied with his work & to give me reassurance that the leak has been fixed. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a plumber! Very Reasonably priced, knowledgeable & great customer service.

Seriously, very knowledgeable. I just moved into our new home and upon turning on the main water we discovered a flood, I was soo terrified because this wasn't found upon inspection. So my deployed husband began inquiring for plumbing services, and Sam immediately replied, answered my call and said he was heading out from a job he had just finished over to me.. it ended up being our mist system and he was able to stop the flood, and suggested solutions if we decide to redo the whole system. Sam is very supportive of military families, has amazing work ethic, and is very kind. Thanks again !

Sam is our hero! Our main waterline broke on Christmas Eve at 8:30 at night. We called an emergency service which came out that night and stopped it. They wanted A LOT to actually fix it. With a house full of guests and our only water coming from our neighbors hose we called Sam (The Neighborhood plumbing) on Christmas morning. He came out about an hour later. We discussed replacing the main water line to the house and he gave us a quote drastically lower than the other plumbers. However, after some more digging ( 2 ft down) it ended up that the problem was a connection and not a rotted pipe. I didn't expect him to fix it Christmas Day. About 3:00 I got a call from Sam he said he was out front. I walked out to find out he had come back and fixed it! We had our water restored! It was an amazing Christmas miracle! What plumber comes out on Christmas Day! We have a plumber for life.

Had a toilet shut off valve break while I was trying to install a pressure regulator for the Bidet and water was shooting out everywhere. I ran out side to shut off the main line and because it is Christmas Day nothing was open for me to get the parts to fix it. I called Neighborhood Plumbing & Air and Sam Jamel said he would be out in 30 min. He showed up on time and it was the most pleasant experience I have had from any company we have ever used for any fix on our home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! I will be using this company for all my plumbing and air needs.
