Sam our plumber was amazing!! He's very sweet, knowledgeable, and fast. We haven't had anyone come over to our house in almost a year due to Covid so my dogs were very anxious and barking at first. Sam didn't mind at all and took time to learn their names, give them a treat, and also a few pets so that they felt comfortable. They calmed down and were Sams buddies for the next 45 minutes. He fixed the clog in our pipes that another handyman wasn't able to fix. Definitely recommend Sam and his team!

The owner, Sam responded to me right away and came to my house the next day to install a toilet and moved some lines for the sink in the kitchen. He completed everything in about an hour at a very fair price. He also gave me the reason I didn't have any hot water to the second floor. When I order the circulation pump, I intend to have him do the install on top of the water heater. I will also have him install a bidet on another toilet and a new faucet in the kitchen sink at the same time. Sam is also an honest and an affable, friendly guy. I'm honored to meet an honest and and skilled guy for things I can no longer do without getting ripped off.

I found Sam via Yelp when I sent a request for bids. So glad I did! He came out next day and helped me with sink valves, toilet valves and a broken washing machine valve. I got myself into a bind while trying to DIY--and he even showed me how to remove my old valves in case I wanted to do the additional bathrooms myself. He was so nice and professional I am probably done with any and all plumbing related DIY and will just call him. :-) His prices were much less than the other quotes I received. He is more than fair, he is friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable as well. We plan to have him back to help with additional items and it's so nice to know we have someone close that we can trust with repairs. Stop looking and just call him!

I needed a plumber to connect a new sink we just purchased after redoing our countertops. Got a hold of Sam. He told me he would have no problem coming first thing the next morning. Never mind I live 30 mins from the city, he showed up a few minutes before he said he would come, which was awesome! Installed the plumbing on the new sink in no time at all. I had a bit of a leaky valve emergency, but the plumber couldn't make it until two days later. So instead, he talked me through repairing the valve myself, and which one to buy at Home Depot. I followed his advice and fixed the problem myself. He saved me a couple hundred bucks for a house call. Outstanding!

Sam responded very quickly to our request for a quote and was out to our house in the same week. He actually offered sooner but our schedule just didn't work. We had our kitchen faucet taken out and replaced with a new one. He wore a mask the entire time and was very thorough. He even gave us tips for lengthening the life of our other faucets. Nothing but good. Highest recommendation. Prompt, professional, courteous, and reasonable. Sam did a water heater, all the angle stops and most other valves inside and out, a hose bib, two toilet fill valves, two faucets, 3 faucet/shower cartridges, and an A/C blower motor for us over two days on one day's notice. Saved us when we needed a rental house put very quickly back into service after some time. Very grateful.
