Sam did a couple jobs for me at two of my rentals. It's really straight forward jobs like installing a faucet in a bathroom and reconnecting the kitchen sink connections after a new countertop install, but I was not available. So I called around. Sam is efficient and have reasonable pricing.

Sam, who is the owner of this company, is an outstanding, knowledgeable, reasonably priced plumber that you could ever ask for. Out of 5 plumbers contacted, he was the only one that showed care and concern through text messages with immediate responses. We had leaking going on that was dripping through our garage ceiling. He was willing to come out on the same day to repair it. He gave us a number to call with any questions we had. We set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived at our home early. When our A/C unit went out on a Thursday afternoon before what was predicted to be the hottest weekend of the year so far AND we have an 11 month old baby in the house, we were in a bit of a panic. I sent out a request, and fortunately for us, the other repairmen couldn't make it out to us before the next week. Then I got in contact with Sam. He provided a quote over the phone AND was able to come out the next morning and start installing. We went from ""what are we going to do"" to sitting in a perfectly cooked down home in a few hours. First of all, wow! Incredible plumber. Most honest plumber I have ever met.
Right off the bat he shared how a restoration company was not needed which made it clear to me the kind of plumber I was dealing with. Very honest with endless integrity.
Most plumbers only care about recommending a restoration company to get a referral fee which they care much more about than they ever do the plumbing job itself. Not neighborhood plumbing. Sam was out at my house and cared much more about the job he was hired for then recommending a restoration company that is only in it for the money.
Sam came out and exchanged a leaking water heater and shared exactly what we are already going to do about the pedestal that got wet. He even shared to not call a restoration company and file a claim when there is absolutely no reason for it.
Again, call 100 plumbing companies to your house and 99 of them will do everything they can to get you to file a claim with your insurance and get a restoration company out there so they can receive a referral fee. But when you call neighborhood plumbing you get honesty which you almost never see in the plumbing world.
We strongly recommend neighborhood plumbing and air conditioning for all of your plumbing and air-conditioning needs. You will get a very fair price, honesty, and incredible work.

Sam our plumber was amazing!! He's very sweet, knowledgeable, and fast. We haven't had anyone come over to our house in almost a year due to Covid so my dogs were very anxious and barking at first. Sam didn't mind at all and took time to learn their names, give them a treat, and also a few pets so that they felt comfortable. They calmed down and were Sams buddies for the next 45 minutes. He fixed the clog in our pipes that another handyman wasn't able to fix. Definitely recommend Sam and his team!

The owner, Sam responded to me right away and came to my house the next day to install a toilet and moved some lines for the sink in the kitchen. He completed everything in about an hour at a very fair price. He also gave me the reason I didn't have any hot water to the second floor. When I order the circulation pump, I intend to have him do the install on top of the water heater. I will also have him install a bidet on another toilet and a new faucet in the kitchen sink at the same time. Sam is also an honest and an affable, friendly guy. I'm honored to meet an honest and and skilled guy for things I can no longer do without getting ripped off.

I found Sam via Yelp when I sent a request for bids. So glad I did! He came out next day and helped me with sink valves, toilet valves and a broken washing machine valve. I got myself into a bind while trying to DIY--and he even showed me how to remove my old valves in case I wanted to do the additional bathrooms myself. He was so nice and professional I am probably done with any and all plumbing related DIY and will just call him. :-) His prices were much less than the other quotes I received. He is more than fair, he is friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable as well. We plan to have him back to help with additional items and it's so nice to know we have someone close that we can trust with repairs. Stop looking and just call him!
