I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Neighborhood Plumbers. Ben and Tony did an excellent job diagnosing my problem, fixing it quickly and were very knowledgeable and helpful! They really were professional and affordable too. I would highly recommend them and will you be using them again if I have any future plumbing needs!!

Great experience with this company. We had a kitchen sink emergency on a Saturday, which would make anyone automatically assume the bank account was getting drained. Evan and Chase came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, rectified it and helped do some proactive cleaning to help prevent future kitchen drain blockage or draining issues. They were prompt, tentative, knowledgeable, and definitely affordable. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs

The owner went so far up and beyond to make sure everything was done right & to our satisfaction- we were blown away. A company's true colors show when everything doesn't go perfectly- we still had an issue after the initial visit. You couldn't ask for better response time & communication when additional work was needed. He quickly came back out himself and did way more than make it right. We will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs! We went from first time customers to customers for life! Honest, fair, dependable and of the highest integrity is how I describe this company! 10 stars.

Horrible! No other way to describe their work. They had to return 3 times on a simple bathroom remodel and STILL didn't get the job done. Hard to believe they could install a new bathtub/shower combo and leave without checking the water. Water came out of BOTH places at the same time. Additionally rather than fit the faucet on correctly, sealed to the tile by a pressure ring, they decided caulking was the way to go. To do it """"right"""" the plumber said was going to cost another """"$600-$800. Frustrated with their poor work, I called in another vendor and they fixed it correctly in 15 minutes for $50, no issues. At the end of the day, none of the guys that showed up (never the same guy) seemed to care about my concerns or importantly, their workmanship

My kitchen faucet stopped working. Called ben and he helped troubleshoot the problem. i had running water back in minutes. I've had these guys out when plumbing was backing up. Neighborhood Plumber is my first call when i have plumbing issues. they are fair, reasonable and will work with you until the issue is resolved.

We had a leak in the wall and needed fixing asap. Ben was quick to respond on text and within the next couple hours, Barry and Richard came out to assess the leak. They were both professional and friendly. Barry was quick in his work and I was very satisfied with the quality of the new installed pipe. They did not cut more of the wall than needed and cleaned up after themselves. Not only was Barry thorough in his diagnostic and fixed our problem, he referred us to home insurance options to help with additional repairs. Very glad I tried out Neighborhood Plumber - will likely call on them again should I have any other plumbing issues.

We had what we thought was a leaky pipe. Turns out, we had a flange that needed resealing coupled with a toilet pushing its deathbed. Barry came out and assessed the situation, got us a new toilet, and installed it in about 2 hours. He was incredibly nice. These guys are very easy to schedule with, do top notch work, and are affordable. I'll be using them in the future.

Ben and team do an awesome job from explaining the problem, giving options for fixing, fixing the issue, all the way to following up. I must have called him 10 times in the course of a few weeks. They always answered or called back very quickly. They even wear those little footies around their boots so they don't track in mud. Had them fix a bad master valve, replaced multiple shower heads and faucets, along with upgrading us from a hot water tank to a tankless hot water heater. Can't go wrong with the neighborhood plumber.
