I hired the ""Masters"" to install new plumbing and hvac in my house. After they started the job, It was a struggle getting them to come back to finish. They would disappear for a week at a time. Had to hound them constantly to get them to show up. They are extremely sloppy and do not clean up after themselves. I had to clean up 6 trash bags with of fittings, ductwork, sheet steel, etc that they left strewn all over my house and attic. Now I'm having issues a with plumbing that they installed in my master bath. I've been leaving Messages for Russ for over 2 months now, and can't even get a call back. Absolutely awful customer service. Way to stand behind your work.

If you're looking for a plumbing/hvac contractor, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

David and team did a great job replacing my old furnace and AC and hot water heater. They are honest and very professional. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC projects.

The Masters replaced my AC unit this past summer and I just had them replace our hot water heater. I called around to get some estimates. By far Dave is the most responsive.
The guys are so professional, quick and priced fairly. Both times they were able to complete work the very next day. They are amazing. Look no further!

My aged furnace died and I hired The Masters Plumbing & Heating to replace the old system with a modern high efficiency HVAC system. Because it was winter and my house was effectively without heat, they did the install immediately while the permit was pending. Their bid did not include running power out to the new AC unit but I was assured their subcontractor was excellent and would set me up. Two guys came by looked at the task and said they would get back to me with a price. I never heard back from them. When I picked up (and paid for) the permit, the electrical work was listed with them--thereby hindering me from hiring another electrician. When it got warm in April, I called Dave (my installer) and told him I was still waiting on their electrician and the AC to be completed. He told me he'd take care of it. About a week later i got a text that they sent a bid to me for approval I asked after the email address which turned out not to be mine. I reminded him who I was and what I was waiting on, haven't heard back. Finally I did get another electrician to run power but I am still waiting on AC system to be charged with refrigerant. It's June. I'm very disappointed with the company's lack of follow-through.

Driver doesn't like to stop for school buses with the arm out and flashing lights! Would never consider a company that puts a child's life in danger because they are in a rush. If they don't have patience for a bus i cant imagine how they rush a job

I believe the only valid reviews for plumbing and HVAC are long results??? I haven't seen any of those here for Masters. Any plumber can make it look easy, install it neatly, correctly and precisely, (generally not info a homeowner knows) untill it starts to leak or sweat or ruin your sheetrock!

I've used them for many projects including a master bathroom addition, replacing a water heater, fixing a leak and more. The work is always done well, in a timely manner, and at a fair price.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS for this company. There a take your money and run company. Try getting them back to check a issue you have in a result of there work. Not going to happen. Look out this guy is a shyster. Out of 15 times reaching out you'll get one response if your lucky. Says he will come over and never shows up. Terrible customer service. It's been three months and still has not came over to look at what problems his work caused. You have better luck fixing it your self.

I would highly not recommend. Very unprofessional, they leave a mess everywhere, work is wrong, and they always have to come back to do repairs regarding their work. Difficult to get the main guy in charge to come to the job unless he is being paid and workers are not very knowledgeable. Also they do not keep appointments. So I agree with Susan in her review if you want shoddy work than give them a call.
