Got the AC installed 2 years back paid 4000 and still Has not worked right he keeps saying he's going to fix a leak.. add more coolant over a year of making appointments and him not answering my phone calls took days off of work for him not to show up . He is scams recommended a family member and they hade the same problems with him don't give him any money

I dont know where to start.. I had a unit installed within the first couple months the unit was freezing over not working, Hugo told to clean my vent so paid someone to clean the vent the guy they really didn't need it, Hugo come fills it with freon and months again it the freon is out and freezing over and so he said there must be a leak and was supposed to send his to fix the issue being my warranty.. Mind it's a new season and 9 months later .. he makes appointment he never shows up for now blocks my calls and ignores my calls and 5000 later I have no central air and he don't honor his warranty.. sad thing I gave the guy referral to a family and he couldn't even do that right...

Horrible experience and waste of 5,000 the unit does not run past a month and when asked to fix the tell they're coming for a week and still never showed up and now screening calls and has yet to fix the problem but took my money when I paid in full
