The lone rooter used to be great in the past as Omar would come out and take care of our backed up clean out. Today we woke up to a backed up toilet and shower and called at 8:45 AM and the office person said they had an on call tech named Tony and they would contact him. An hour an a half later I called and they said they would call him again, two hours later I called and was told there were no technicians working today. It would have been nice to have been told that the 1st time I called!!!!

AWESOME! We have been calling on The Lone Rooter for several years. Tammy the Office Manager is always pleasant and responds quickly, and she has great communication skills. Our water heater broke and a leaky pipe needed replacing just at the time when my husband and I had to go on a trip to New Jersey to help our daughter. Tony came and took care of everything while we were gone. It was SO GREAT to come home to everything fixed and hot water!!! The Lone Rooter get ALL A++++'s. We love Tony, Omar and the great team at the Lone Rooter!
