So far Jim is the only one who has helped my family with getting hot water in our home. We have a propane leak in our pipes and the propane company wouldn't come out for at least another 2 weeks after already going for a full week without. Jim hooked up a small tank that was his personal tank directly to our hot water heater and we can finally take hot showers. He didn't even charge us for the gas in the tank.

Came out to fix my toilet because it was running. Put in a new flapper. The next day it was still running so I called and he said he would come back out but never showed up and he didn't even call me. Poor business practice. I waited all day day for him. Needless to say I won.t be calling him again.

would not recommend this company to anyone. told them it was a leaking toilet he agreed but didn't have anything in his truck to fix it and said he would be back the next day he never showed no call tried to call company but their mailbox was filled i am a senior they came in june he did flush out my hot water pipe in the kitchen sink all of five minutes and i just received a bill for $ 85 rip off company

Showed up for a simple job, on time. Nice guy but ran his snake and cleared the drain in like 25 minutes or less and charged $213. this was more like a $75-90 job. I will not use these guys again. Way overpriced.

Look somewhere else for an honest plumber. The work was completed with two runs to the plumbing store, I was charged for the time they had to go get parts. They evaluated the job ahead of time and did not figure out what they would need before hand. Then I get charged for their inability to calculate what they would need. Make sure to get a written quote ahead of time, my mistake, although they took advantage of the situation. Look for someone that is honest upfront with clear communication about the charges.
