These guys are very good. The service is fine, they don't make you wait too long, and they are HONEST. I was quoted over 5,000 dollars for a horizontal pipe replacement project by Church Services, and without knowing that anyone else had bid on it, Lindsay quoted us 3150.00!!! We have no complaints whatsoever about this honest, reasonably priced company.

However. Do NOT let them steer you to Property Damage Restoration. They are horrible. I don't know why they recommend them, unless they have family members who own it or work for them.

Tom with Lindsay Company has been fixing stuff at our house for years and every time whether it's a water heater, unexplained leak or just giving us peace of mind he is professional, friendly and always fixes the problem quickly and without fail. Thanks so much, Tom. If you need a plumber for any reason call them!

The Lindsay Co is the only plumbing company allowed in our house! After years of plumbers overcharging and punching unnecessary holes in our walls, we trust their expertise and honesty. Jeff and guys helped us during a major line break under the house a few years ago on New Year's Eve. Now we call them for everything -problems and the routine maintenance like replacement of faucets, water heaters, etc.....We have always been happy with their services!

My warranty company sent Lindsay to my house to fix my water heater. I almost asked them to send another company after reading negative reviews, but decided to give them a shot. Today (July 22) a very friendly and knowledgable technician named David came and fixed my HW heater. He arrived on time and even gave me a 30 min pre-arrival phone call. My experience was a good one, and I would use them again.

Yes, this is who AHS sends out. No, I don't believe a single positive review on this site is legitimate.

I've had them come to my house and flat out refuse to do work. They will use any excuse to take a cheap, easy way out or refuse to do the work. I've incurred additional damage to my home as a result of faulty repair from this company. Twice I've had AHS put them on the "Do not call" list. I guess that tells you something about the quality of AHS, as well.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and poor quality. There's no reason at all to use this company. Do not let AHS send them to your home.

Fairly timely and honest. I had an issue with my water heater not staying lit recently and had this company dispatched to check it out via American Home Shield. Wasn't sure what to expect given the reviews, but they called a half hour ahead like they promised, arrived and got to work. Turns out my own handywork wasn't as handy as I'd hoped as I tried to repair it, but after a few minutes longer he gave it the nod and was on his way, water heating once more as expected.

Not much I can really complain about, just wish I'd been a little more thorough myself before hand, lol.

Your worker was just out for a hot water heater replacement. My husband disagreed with his assessment and the man yelled, used the F*** word and walked out.
This is completely unacceptable behavior.

Thanks for your response Matt, but I didn't have Lindsay do the job. I didn't trust them after they tried to charge me $220 for things that didn't need to be done. I don't see how you can provide a good service with good equipment when contracted with AHS to only receive $365 for parts, labor and drive time. That's why your technicians are adding on fees.

I was extremely nervous after my home warranty company assigned this service provider after reading these reviews, however my appointment was made quickly. It was a 2 day wait for 2 clogged upstairs toilets, but we have others to use, so not an inconvenience. A bit of a window to expect them- 4 hours, however I received a 30 minute heads up courtesy call. The two gentleman that arrived in plastic covered shoes to protect our flooring, worked quickly and apparently diligently. One replaced valve and snaking later our toilets were fixed. No complaints.
