This is who AHS sent to fix my leaking tub faucet. The plumber (Domingo Lopez) was the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. He talked to me as if I was 10 years old and accused me of causing the damage to my faucet! Then he put on the receipt that goes to AHS that the "customer caused the damage." I don't know who the hell he thinks he is but you don't go into someone's home and speak to them like that and accuse them of causing the damage. I left a message for his boss to call me....I'm still waiting.

This company is extremely dishonest and was trying to sell me on repairs outside of the home warranty contract. The plumber purposely lied about the damages and lied about my claim status. He made up a story that my floors were replaced and the damage was due to the floor level of the new floors. He purposely tries to get Home Warranty Claims denied so that he can charge extremely high prices outside of the home warranty, i.e. making sure the claim gets denied. He also did not clean up after he left. Extremely unprofessional and would NOT recommend their services. He made sure my claim was denied and then tried to charge me $575 to get a toilet flange replaced. The normal cost for this service is around $200 maximum including original service call, parts, and service.

AHS NEEDS TO REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM THEIR CONTACT LIST. IT'S OBVIOUS THEY ARE PURPOSELY DENYING CLAIMS TO TRY AND CHARGE CRAZY PRICES OUTSIDE OF HOME WARRANTY. BUT...... OF COURSE THE HOME WARRANTY ALSO BENEFITS SO NO WONDER THEY LET THEM DO WORK

In response to the company's reply, I know what the issue is and I know that you don't make the decision for approval of home warranty claims. But AHS makes a decision based on your report & comments that are sent to them. The comments you sent are 100% incorrect which is why the denied my claim. They denied it because you told them the floor is new which is why they denied it. I have no idea why your tech told them it's new floor, especially since he didn't even ask me. They only thing I can think of is that you were hoping to deny the claim and do the work yourselves. This seems to be a common situation when reviewing comments for your company. The floor is original from the construction of the home therefore if the truth would have been told by Lindsay Company, then my claim would have been approved!

I wouldn't even give one star. very unprofessional technician. He was assigned by American Home shield insurance company to check on a minor leak from the side wall tile near my bath tub. When the technician from this company came in to my house first he checked the issue and told me that he need to get access to see inside the tub to check the pipe. So I called another plumber to remove the side panel from the tub wall. After two weeks another technician came in and he made a statement that some one drilled a hole in to the pipe and he don't think it is a natural wear and tear and it won't be covered by AHS. He put me and my family into a shock stage and walked away. My house is 10 year old and I am the first owner. Ryland homes built this house for me. I have been using this tub for the past 10 years and never had any issue until last month. Why would some one make a hole in a pipe where there was not even a complaint ever before and where it was a closed unit. This guy his name is Chad -he did not even inspect the area well. he barely took a pic with his cell phone and made this unethical statement that "the owner made a hole in the built in pipe" ! I don't believe a licensed professional or technician would ever think that way. I made a second opinion with a technician and he said it was from deposits and erosions on the metallic pipe and it could be changed and problem could be solved. This is a cheap company they take insurance contract to get money from the insurance company for their visit.
I would never recommend any one in my community. Emailed all my friends and posted them in social media as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WANT YOUR PROBLEM TO BE FIXED GET SOME ONE ELSE.

Like many people effected by the recent cold weather, we had broken pipes. The company was referred to us from friends and responded very quickly to our request for service. The company sent Domingo Lopez and his assistant. They showed on time, were polite and very professional. Not only did they repair our broken pipes, they took time to check all of our other internal pipes and external faucets. During their review, they pointed out our hot water heater in the attic, needed replacement by looking at its serial number & date, noticed rusted water and gurgling noise. The last thing we needed was another water problem in our home. Our hot water heater was replaced one week later after the pipes were repaired by the same workers. In summary, I highly recommend The Lindsay Company because of their prompt service, reasonable prices and professionalism.

TRRRAAAAAAASSSSH!
Should be called the Lindsay Garbage Company.
They are a disgrace to small business in Texas.
We usually support local businesses and try to help out the local community, but we will never be doing business with them again.
They made us wait over a week for a service request through American Home Shield and then came to the house (my mom was on her way back) and couldnt even wait 5 minutes.
When i spoke to their rude employee Eddie, he said he would wait (i even over estimated and told him 15mins).
He called me back 5 mins later stating that he had to leave to another appointment but you could hear him driving in the background (he had already left).
I hung up and called my mom (within 10 seconds) and she was home.
When you call the company phone to complain all you get is voicemail.
This company deserves negative star reviews.
Keep yall's sorry, unprofessional behinds out of decent people's homes.

I'd give them a zero.... because on two separate occasions to our house for help with s plumbing issue, they did NOTHING. After a week of waiting for an appointment, they came and said "Yep! You have a leak." Then left!

If I could give no stars, I would. So, my gas was turned off and I had to relight the pilot in my water heater. I noticed the ignitor was not creating a spark. I contacted AHS who contracted The Lindsay Co. They sent out one of their plumber. He tried to light the water heater and said it wouldn't spark which I already knew. He said he can replace the ignitor but it's not the same part. I asked him shouldn't it be replaced with the same part from the manufacturer, he said I would have to call the manufacture if I want the right part and replace it myself when I receive the replacement part. At this point I had no choice since I'm without hot water for over a week. He then proceed on to replace the ignitor with one he had which still didn't work. Then he said that the vent hood is leaking and rusted that's why I'm not getting gas which I disputed while he was here. I pointed out there are no rust or leaks anywhere and that I was getting gas and it was working prior to the gas being turn off.

He was in such a rush to leave he didn't troubleshoot, didn't make any attempts to do anything else. He said would contact the manufacturer regarding the part and said he'd let me know result and he left. Then I got an urgent email from AHS that there are limitations associated with approving my request. So I contacted AHS who said the request was closed. They said that the plumber responded that due to secondary damages from leak vent hood and rust that's why it won't light.

Even if it was rusted my contract clearly stated that it was covered. The ignitor that he replaced is shocking my hand when it's press, I'm not an expert but I don't think I should be shock when I use the ignitor. I'm very frustrated that the technician didn't do anything and left and wrote up the findings in a manner so it would covered him for not doing the repair. Now I have to pay another fee to have AHS send a different company to come out to do the job that he didn't. If you're researching them - reconsider. I would not recommend them from my experience. Pic's attached. Clearly there are no leak or rust.

American Home Shield sent this company to fix my toilet leak problem. I knew what the problem was. The upper bowl had developed a crack. The Lindsay repair tech tried to tell me it was cracked because of excessive force. This couldn't be further from the truth. This toilet is in a master bathroom used by my wife and I. Neither one of us is strong enough to crack 1" thick porcelain. I told the technician that he was wrong there was no excessive force and he had no evidence to believe it to be true.

This technician decided on his own with his advanced CSI degree that this is how the upper bowl become cracked and that is how he reported it to America Home Shield. The technician basically ensured that American Home Shield would not repair my toilet by telling them it was caused by excessive force. This is a complete lie.

Don't bother to call this company. They just make stuff up so that they don't have to do warranty work. Basically they just want to get back out there to fix these frozen pipes so that they can charge an excessive amount. The repair man even asked did I have any busted pipes and he told me that the repair costs starts at $400. Warranty work doesn't compare when there is disaster recovery work that they can charge an unlimited amount for.

This company has no integrity at all. Don't let them in your house. Too bad there is not 0 Star or negative star option. 1 star is too high of a rating

THE WORST COMPANY !!!! This company was sent by American Home Shield, the plumber asked me where the clean out drain was (never heard of it before) told me he walked around the entire house and could not find it, then told me he would charge me an additional $250 to attempt to fix the problem because it was not covered by the warranty company, after coming out the second time problem still not resolved was told to call the city because it could be their issue. After having the city come out it was indeed an issue that the plumber would need to fix. After speaking to the city about the clean out drain, he went into my backyard and spotted the clean out drain with no problems. The plumber quoted me an additional $3000 if they needed to dig up my backyard to fix the issue which come to find out my sewage drains run to the front yard not the back as the plumber suggested. TRYING TO CALL THE OFFICE IS A JOKE , RINGS AND SAYS THEY ARE HELPING OTHERS AND LEAVE MESSAGES THAT ARE NOT RETURNED.

This company was sent by American Home shield, I told the plumber the toilet in master bedroom was not working properly, he took one second to say it was fine. If he would have respected and done what I told him, I would not have to go to Home Depot and spend 400. On new toilet and installation. The handle is Impossible to flush, it leaks from inside. And won't turn off and keeps running. Only way was for me to get tool to turn water off. They need to pay attention to homeowners and fix it, that's why they were called.
Don't bother getting American home shield either.
Since I am passed, by two days , American home shield won't send someone out.
I was not using this toilet.
