This company was sent by American Home shield, I told the plumber the toilet in master bedroom was not working properly, he took one second to say it was fine. If he would have respected and done what I told him, I would not have to go to Home Depot and spend 400. On new toilet and installation. The handle is Impossible to flush, it leaks from inside. And won't turn off and keeps running. Only way was for me to get tool to turn water off. They need to pay attention to homeowners and fix it, that's why they were called.
Don't bother getting American home shield either.
Since I am passed, by two days , American home shield won't send someone out.
I was not using this toilet.

Norberto with Lindsay Co. showed up on time, was polite, completed the work quickly and explained every step. I would request Norberto for any plumbing problems in the future. Lindsay Co. is lucky to have Norberto.

If I could give no stars, I would. I am SO disappointed with the level of service and professionalism from the technician who came out to my home. He walked into my home and instantly started diagnosing my issue without even looking at the problem area. When asked if he was going to at least take a look at the problem, he asked for a the location of the clean out. My husband was not familiar with the location and asked for a few minutes to look for our home paperwork and the technician would not wait. All in all, the technician was at our home no more than 20 minutes and somehow diagnosed our problem without looking at the problem area. Don't waste your time. Find a reputable plumbing company that cares about actually helping.

the worst company to do business with. i have ahs and they sent this company out. they knocked a hole in my wall replaced a pipe and water heater and the heater wasn't bad it was the pipe and charged me for the pipe and won't return calls. it is part of my contract they are suppose to rough in any holes they make in floor wall etc. do not use they are unprofessional and shady business practices!!! update to co. reply: only replying here because it is seen by others wont call me back ripped me off and you are a liar you insisted that i had to pay for the pipe and then lied to ahs and your only reply is to the hole in the wall not how you ripped me off and it is very obvious by all the bad reviews that you are a horrible company. i will continue to leave reviews tell everyone i know to never use you again. everyone who looks you up on here will see that you are not suited to do any work related to plumbing. beware it is a horrible horrible experience! if anyone wants to start a class action suit then reach out and we will get one started!!

Called to have my shower fixed because it was spraying water out of the valve- put the knob back on wrong so the cold is really hot and hot is cold(no attention to detail) and it still sprays water out. I was told it couldn't be fixed which is a bunch of BS he obviously didn't know what he was doing- waste Of money

Just wanted to say what a professional job The Lindsay Company did for us replacing our hot water heater. We filed a claim with American Home Warranty Shield and the Lindsay Company's service was superb and handled our claim in a very timely manner. The service techs could not have been more accommodating and customer friendly. I highly recommend this company.

I want to thank Andrew from the Lindsay Company. He came out to look at our water heater on the Friday of the July 4th weekend and did some troubleshooting on it to fix and came back today with the heating element needed to fix our electric water heater. He was on time and provided great knowledge to me on what caused my water heater to break. I appreciate his dedication to fix my water heater and would recommend his work and his company.

The worst plumbing company in Houston area. No professional, lying, and rude. Do not understanding there are five star review on this joke.
It performed AHS diagnostic for my house, very much not professional, and the technician appeared not even know plumbing-very easy to know it come for the free $75 diagnostic fee. The Worst thing is that it made false statement to AHS, so we had to ask for 2nd opinion diagnostic technician while the hole the stupid technician made when he made diagnostic on the wall kept leaking for another two days until my 2nd technician from AHS fixed it. The stupid technician told AHS that a metal water line in my Houton house is leaking because recent frozen weather (May, 2020), AHS should not cover the repair cost. My 2nd technician from another company thought that Lindsay company is a joke and they know this company always did that for the free $75 fee. I had request AHS to block this company from my request, also I had warned all my friends and neighbors to avoid this company. If you have AHS, you can call AHS, it allows customer to request not assigning diagnostic request to Lindsay company. This company will make wrong statement to AHS and delay your covered repair request. If there is no star that I can choose to evaluate this company, I will do. They also serviced my 2 water heater in 2018, both failed after one year in 2019, one led to flooding of my house--I suspect if their technicians were properly trained or not. Repeated as a third time victim, I would strongly suggest to avoid Lindsay company.

A plumber was dispatched to repair my water heater, which was hot producing hot water. He supposedly repaired it, and left. The next day water started pouring from the side of my home; he had broken another valve in the process of repairing the water heater. To add to the insult, the company charged me for an additional service call to repair the item that he broke. And now, less than 30 days later, I once again have no hot water. I even spoke to a manager to attempt to attempt to resolve. He was particularly unhelpful. Avoid this company.

Our home insurance contracted Lindsay Company to investigate what appeared to be water damage in our master bathroom. The first plumber that visited our home was not able to conclude what exactly the source of the leak was. He stated that he had an "educated guess" as to what the source of the potential leak was but would not be certain until he could see inside the walls to get a clearer image of the piping. He also recommended that we get someone with a leak detector and/or moisture detector come to our home in order to learn the extent of where the leakage may have traveled to because he was unable to identify that by a simple visual inspection. The gentleman said he would call our home insurance company to let them know of his observations and inconclusive results.
Fast forward, a second plumber from Linday Company is sent back to our home after a home restoration company opened up our walls and discovered that there was extensive water damage that was affecting multiple rooms in our home. When this second plumber came to our home the first thing he uttered once he stepped foot into my house was that "they", as in the Lindsay Company, had already told us what the source of the water leak was and that it had nothing to do with plumbing. At this point he had not stepped foot in the master bathroom and frankly, appeared to be annoyed to have been sent to our home to re-evaluate an inconclusive evaluation. As stated previously, the first plumber was informative but made it very clear to us that he could not tell us with certainty that the issue was due to plumbing based on the limited view he had of the plumbing system.
What I was most applauded at was at how rude and dismissive Linday's plumber was without even taking a look at the issue himself. We had a restoration company open up our walls in order to arrive to a definitive answer of whether it was indeed plumbing or not. The second plumber was in my home for no more than 5 minutes, did not run the shower, and said it was the tiles - end of story.
Extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Would not recommend Lindsay Company and will most certainly not use them again.
