When we contacted to the Leak Whisperer with the owner Jason who was promptly arranged the service and had the leak fixed in the next two days. Since we are outstate, without us on the site, Jason keep a great communication with us through the whole job processing, he taken a responsibility to double detected the accurate leak location to make sure the best way to solved the problem. Jason also taken a lot of pictures with detail message for us from started until the job ended.
We had a best experience with the Leak Whisperer the owner Jason and his team did a great job fixed the leaking for our rental property. Jason is truly a leak expert, his honest and integrity with fairness can be trustful and confident for us to keep his service for our property in the future service needed.

I cannot comment on the quality of their work because the customer service trying to make an appt. was poor and I was not comfortable moving forward. They schedule an 11-2 window via text for service the following day then canceled it the morning of the appt.

I don't even know where to start. They asked me to pay for the work in advance. It was never completed. The city still hasn't signed of on the project, because the work isn't finished. The communication is horrible. They show up whenever they like, not even close to the day and time agreed on. The owner lies, forgets his lies, and months later will use the same lie. He makes constant excuses. And if you finally try to be hard on him, six months in, he thinks you are the one who is out of line. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE JASON PRIMOS OR HIS COMPANY.

These guys know what they're doing. Great communication, fixed the leak that was in our slab and did it for a great price. Explained everything so well. Hire these guys if you have a slab leak! They re routed from the pipe that ran under the slab, that was leaking and replaced with PEX pipe. PEX is freeze resistant pipe and covered now by insurance since it's inside the house and not under the slab!

I contacted them based on their good reviews. Jason was very nice and responded quickly to come out and evaluate our situation. We had what appeared to be a slab leak near the water heater. He came with all the necessary equipment and was quickly able to confirm the leak and pinpoint where the problem was and determine what needed to be done to fix it. We elected to do a reroute procedure through the attic rather than ripping up the slab. They were able to schedule us within a couple of days and came out and completed the job in about 4 hours. They were very professional and did great work. Plus, is prices were very reasonable and in line with the best deals from other companies as well. He also did a water heater replacement and gave us a very good deal on that too. I highly recommend them.
