In the process of digging a pool in my backyard, I noticed that water was coming in from 2 different locations so I contacted The Leak Locator and within 5 minutes, Cory, the owner, responded to me stating that he would be at my place the next day. As promised, Cory and his team showed up at our place at the exact time. Not only was Cory punctual, but he performed a thorough inspection and test of our backyard and also our neighbors' backyards to eliminate any potential leaks that might be coming from our neighbors. At the end of the day, Cory and his team were amazing to work with and they were extremely professional and courteous. If you feel that you have leaks or experience any plumbing issues, I would reach out to The Leak Locator as I was very satisfied with their overall service. I would definitely call Cory and his team again.

Cannot recommend. It took 2 visits to find the leak. 1st visit he assumed it was shower pan, told us not to use shower, still leaked for another week& he came back with another plumber & they then discovered it was a pressure cartridge in the wall, they told me the part to get & after another week Cory came back & tried to remove old part, he couldn't, said he would confer with his mentor plumber & would get back to us. He left & never called back. I called him a few days later, he texted me ""sorry I didn't get back, my mentor said you need a new valve"" That was that, he hit & ran. $150 down the drain.

Cory was great! He was very quick to respond to my call and come out to investigate if we had a leak. Although he didn't find anything, he offered a variety of ideas that we could look into to lower our water bill and suggested that we call the water company to see what our base and allocation was set at. He even spent some time looking through our past few water bills with me and problem solving/solutioning since we were still unsure why our bill had skyrocketed a few times during the past year.

Cory was great. He showed up on time and quickly found the leak. The next day he came back to bypass the leak in the slab (probably caused by the recent earthquake) so no digging was needed. I like his straight forward and honest approach to the problem.

As the owner of a house and rental house, I knew early on that a tiny water leak can turn into an enormous and expensive problem if not handled quickly and thoroughly. In fact, I warn my tenants that an annual physical inspection is mandatory and I will be checking every shower, tub, toilet, appliance and sink for any moisture.

My home had a small leak next to the bathtub and I could not figure out if it was a slab leak or leaky pipe. Cory came out and was as nice and informative as can be. He was very thorough in his approach and had some fun tools that looked like a computerized stethoscope that can hear small leaks. He pinpointed the problem as a leaky faucet hitting my tub overflow drain and dripping behind the tub.

His diagnosis was spot on. The faucet repair did the trick and I saved a lot of money by not damaging my hardwood floors or drywall.

My Kitchen pipe suddenly burst and I had to turn off the water to my entire house. It was past 5pm and I called several plumbers but nobody picked up their phone except for Corey at the Leak Locator. After explaining the issue I was experiencing, he initially told me he would come to my house early the next morning. Once he realized my house would have no water he immediately left and arrived at my house within less than an hour. Not only was he professional and diligent in helping me fix my leak problem but he did not charge me an arm or leg knowing the dire emergency state I was in.
