I noticed some tiles in my family room that were hot, and appeared that we had a hot water slab leak.
I reviewed several different companies, and settled on Corey/The Leak Detector.
He was very prompt with getting back to me and came out the next day for an appointment.
They had to cut out several different holes in our drywall in order to diagnose the issue and for the pipe re-route. They did a great job with communicating what to expect, and did their best to minimize the mess that that goes along with drywall and water pipe repair.
I was impressed with the Quality of work, and would recommend to use their services for future plumbing needs.

We had a leak but had no idea where it was (running water sound near our water heater but no visible leak).  After a disastrous experience with another company, we called Cory, the owner of The Leak Locator, based on the positive reviews online.

 In the few minutes we spoke, he was friendly, professional and helpful.  He agreed to come the next day for the leak detection.  He and his assistant arrived on time and had the necessary tools to successfully determine where the leak was.  He provided an honest and reasonable estimate so we agreed to have him come back the next day to fix the leak.  He and his assistant again arrived on time.  Cory took the time to explain, step by step, what they were doing and why, which really put our minds at ease.  We greatly appreciated the information as we are always eager to learn. He was professional, friendly, and a genuinely nice person who really loves, and takes pride in, his work.

I'd gotten tagged by City of HB for doubling my water usage, could find no obvious leak, and was told by the City Water Dept rep that, if I couldn't see water, I could have a slab leak.
After freaking out, I called Corey and he came out immediately, was very thorough in searching for a leak, checked our meter and confidently told me that we had no leak anywhere and no problem with our meter.
I'm quite relieved to find that I have no problem and I'm grateful to Corey for his diligence and reassurance. He's very professional and very nice as well!
