Cory the owner did something a lot of people won't have done, helped me at Sunday night at 9:00pm. I had some one else replace a pipe from the main to my house but he didn't do it correctly and there was no water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. Cory knew exactly was wrong and help me fix the issues. Cory asked me to send him pictures and he walked me through the process. That's more than great service... that empathy for someone in need. The HB utility people informed us of a big spike in our water bill and that we should get a leak detection company in. I reached out to a number of outfits and Cory was the first to respond and he was able to come over a few hours later. He was very professional and immediately went to work. In the end it turned out to be a toilet that leaked very badly. ( who would have thought that could double your water bill??)

Cory gave us a couple of options and we went with a less expensive repair ( knowing it might need a full toilet replacement in the near-ish future), and he came back the next day to finish the job.

Even though this was a minor job for Cory (and we could have had a regular plumber do the job) he was very attentive and patient with my elderly dad in explaining what he was doing.

We would definitely call him again if we do have a more serious leak.

Tank-less water heater install- It was time to replace our 15-year-old water heater and contacted Corey to discuss tankless water heating systems. Corey gave me the ups and downs related to tankless and he recommended the proper flow for my home and the installation was impeccable. All the valves are accessible D scaling filter was included and he put everything back the way he found it and cleaned up. I would recommend Corey for anyone that has any plumbing needs he's honest and on time.

I wish I could recommend... I called Cory Goodwin to locate a slab water leak. He has all the electronic gadgets, identified the leak, and promptly charged me $260. He quoted me $875 to dig out the floor and fix the pinhole leak. Next Monday he came and drilled a whole in the floor, BUT, that is not where the leak was. He did not charge me the $875, and I was left evaluating other options. Meanwhile I got home from work, and I noticed a dust film all over my living room/dining room, stairs, and everything I have stored in the downstairs closet.

So to clarify, I paid $260, I got a film of dust everywhere, and the leak is still there.

IF HE COULD NOT HAVE IDENTIFIED THE LEAK FOR WHATEVER REASON, HE SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY.

I sincerely wish I could recommend Cory because he's a nice reasonable guy... but i still have a leak, I'm out of money, and i have to spend my weekend cleaning...
