Very glad we called them. Our irrigation sprung an underground leak with no water on the surface. We thought it was in the yard based on where the water was observed on the hillside. Turned out to be all the way around the back of the house and a couple of feet deep. It would have been a TON of digging to find ourselves. Arrived on time, leak found and fixed by noon.

Cody was great! We had someone out to fix a leak and they couldn't figure out where it was coming from. They wanted $500 just to check if the toilet was leaking. Cody identified the leak quickly and made the repair for far less. Will definitely be calling him in the future.

I could hear water running but could not even begin to know where to look for the leak in order to fix it. That's when a friend gave me Cody's number and said ""He's the best"". He came out right away and told me it was a slab leak under the house. It takes Skill to find a pinhole leak in a pipe buried under 3"" of cement that your house is built on. Cody was spot on. He pinpointed the EXACT location of the leak. It was under my kitchen floor. He is polite, experienced, and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely call him again for my plumbing needs.

Our 1971 built mid century modern home suffered a leak in a water pipe located under the floor slab in the kitchen. We called a very reputable large leak detection company but they were busy and referred us to 1st Class Leak Detection and Plumbing. Cody came to our house and was very professional. He located the leak through a very organized, scientific process that he explained to us as he proceeded. He also identified the location and routing of the pipes leading to and from the leak location and found a way to access the pipe in a nearby wall then ran a tube from that location through the underground leaking pipe so as to stop the leak without having to tear up the flooring or slab. Cody worked for us well past dinner time to fix our problem. He was very professional, courteous and informative. We are very happy to have found Cody and will use him for all our plumbing needs going forward.

Just bought an older home in Cathedral City. 4 days in and I woke up to water shooting up and out of one of my bathroom walls. Called a large number of plumbers to have a look at the problem. Most of them, when not urging me to have the whole house re-piped (huge expense!), suggested I have the leak detected to at least find the source of the problem. That's when I called on Cody. He was able to come out the same day, assess the problem, find the leak and fix it. This was no ordinary problem either, as the home was built in the 60's and has had a number a weird modifications done to the plumbing. He was professional, calm and a pleasure to work with.
