The worst thing you can do is call them to get the job done with quality. You're not going to get the best pricing or even a job done right. You'll end up needing to pay for things you do not need and reaping the damages they did do. Respect for your property is the last thing they have to give your life's hard earned dollars and time. If you want a great job done and you want it done with patience and quality, then I would not be calling them. Business like this is a very good way to cost you money you may not have to throw away. Keep looking for other options but don't give this one a shot.

I hired them again to fix a hose bib. They called at 7:50 and came out shortly there after. They tried rebuilding the spigot with a new o ring. It slowed the leak to just a drip. They are very nice people but they told me they charge 300/hr and wanted 200 for a new spigot. This is plumbing, not brain surgery. I decided to hold off. I was charged 354.00 for the hour they were here to replace an o ring. Thats excessive.

The only good thing about these guys is their logo.
Almost everything they installed in our remodel failed city code inspections.
I finally hired 1st street plumbing to fix all the problems Idaho Falls plumbing left me with. I had to completely remove 1 sink they installed. The inspector that showed up said he told Idaho Falls plumbing it wouldn't pass code at rough in and they ignored him.

30 minutes of work insulating & heating frozen pipes, didn't fix the problem, pipes still frozen, charged $1,100!!!
Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

We had a plumbing line issue in the basement. The first crew came out and snaked the lines over 100'. It was still backing up so David Alonzo came back the next day and used the camera. He spent over 3 hours and put the camera down over 200'. There was a blockage over 200' and he was able to get the camera to push through. Everyone that we came in contact with was very courteous and knowledgeable. The prices were lower than other plumbers we have used before. We will definitely use Idaho Falls Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

We began renovating our home this summer and called Idaho Falls Plumbing Company to redo the plumbing in the house. Dennis Moon and his crew came. I expected them to be the experts, but found myself constantly babysitting the things they were doing. This company is a nightmare. We had pipe sticking so far out of walls, our drywallers couldn't cover it. They had no concept of how to route pipes. They didn't install our toilets correctly. We also installed new gas lines and had a gas leak the day they were turned on-- they hadn't tightened anything. The list goes in and on. We have had to hire another plumber to fix what they have done. He found screws piercing water lines, plumbing routed incorrectly. We have tankless water heaters and have had problems with hot water getting through the house. Our plumbing is supposed to be BRAND NEW.
If I can spare anyone the heartache of what we've had to go through using this company, this review is worth it.

This Company USED TO BE a good company. I have used them almost exclusively since I moved to the area 6 years ago. Something has changed because my contact/need for a plumber this time did not turn out so well. Seems like a communication issue amongst staff, and perhaps some indifference toward their jobs and looking out for the customer. The owner of the company really wasn't very understanding either.

This outfit rocks! Owner Chad came out and immediately diagnosed a underground sewer leak. He then gathered the crew and got the problem solved by noon with some very hard labor saving me thousands $$ compared to the competition advance Plumbing!

Advanced Plumbing be cautious with their diagnoses and costs!

Nate had done good work for us too, but he unfortunately is no longer at Idaho Falls Plumbing Company. He moved to First Call Jewel. I didn't know that when I called, and one of Nate's former apprentices came and installed a dishwasher for us today. Hopefully it will work out.
