they started several projects and not one was finished. he was paid as if they were finished or in working orderand he never came back. just excuse after excuse. his work caused more problems in some areas

I called The House Doctor for a burst pipe in the middle of the night and someone came within 30 minutes and fixed the leak so we would not have to have to turn off the main line for water overnight, with four kids in the house we were thankful for him and he charged a very fair price for an emergency service call.

I worked with the house doctor on small repairs to my new home starting in 2018 (e.g., water hoses down and some small plumbing stuff). All was going well until July 2019. I asked if he did gutters and he said yes. A month went by and no gutter or gutter repair to my one in back of house. He asked for $500. Deposit on gutter purchase and I gladly gave it. I had to leave for a month in late August until late September and he assured me it would get done. He cashed check. I returned at end of September and there was no gutter in front or repair to one in back but I had an estimate from a gutter company in my mail. I checked in with him and he assured me the 500 dollars was toward that estimate. He didn't contact me for weeks. I called the gutter company. I finally got the gutters installed for 952. Both new in front and back. I had to pay that.
The House Doctor kept my 500 dollars.
Let me repeat: he kept my 500 dollars.

These folks hire people who are freelancing. If you make an appointment with them, they may or may not show up. we have used them half a dozen times and they have shown up about half the time. No notice. Just no shows. It is a good concept but has poor implementation. I felt kind of duped, taking off work to wait for no show. Stupid me for keeping trying with them.

Great work, Great service. Just had a new water heater installed. Fast, efficient and a great price. I would recommend them to anyone.
