Thomas ,the owner of The Hot Water Company is a total genius in terms of boilers for your hot water system.
I have called him several times on a moments notice to come fix leaky pipes in my boiler room on the roof . He responded within 40 minutes or less and by the way ,he is a 24 hour service, and fixed the leak with no difficulty.
He is also an expert diagnostician when confronted with difficult problems and situations that other companies could not fix.
I recently hired him to change all the boiler pipes, water heater and work in coordination with another company to seal my flooring in the boiler room to prevent further leakage into lower units .
He was able to move the whole system out of the boiler room and give our 16 unit complex hot water until the floor was properly sealed .
After sealing the floor was completed Thomas came back and single-handedly replaced all my pipes ,removed an old water heater tank, reinstalled a new water tank and replace canisters that lead to the roof for the exhaust system .
Thomas was able to configure the whole system in a more efficient cost-effective way with less piping .
Thomas's company The Hot Water Company is the only company I will ever use for my boiler room .
Do not trust regular plumbers ,they do not know how to handle the intricacies of the boiler, the fan and the hot water tank .

We had our tankless hot water go out on a Friday afternoon. With a toddler in the house I was frantically looking to get the issue fixed ASAP. I called The Hot Water Company and they were out first thing the next morning. They serviced the machine in front of me and shared so much info. Unfortunately water leak had burnt the heater. They took my water heater which was under warranty and replaced it with a new one and had hot water running within 24 hours. Excellent and courteous service over the weekend. Would def recommend them to anyone and especially any moms that are in cold water repair!

Kody did an awesome job working on our commercial hot water heater. He came in after hours for commercial hot water heater and was on time. He even gave us a 30 min heads up before he got there. I emailed Thomas at Hot Water Company on Wednesday evening to repair my boiler at my laundromat. He responded within minutes to my contact email. We set up an appointment for Friday afternoon. He followed up the night before to confirm our appointment to ensure I was still able to make the appointment. He showed up early and went to work immediately. He was very knowledgeable and pinpointed the two issues that were causing the boiler not to fire up. He was done in under an hour and I had hot water again. I would definitely use Hot Water Company again, and would recommend them to anyone.

My Rheem Tankless Water heater went out. Thomas helped get the water heater running again. He stated that it was a temporary fix and that we needed to replace the heater which was still under warranty. Thomas was able to get an authorization number from Rheem. The heater had to be swapped out at HomeDepot where I originally purchased it per Rheem's policy. I did experience a hiccup at Home Depot where I understood that it was going to be a simple swap but it ended being a prorated credit but this is not Thomas's fault. This was a misunderstanding. My family is very appreciative that Thomas was able to keep the costs of swapping the heater down. Would definitely recommend The Hot Water Company.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the work this company did for me today. I chose this company because he's local, and was impressed from beginning to end. Thomas answered my call asking for help with a failed water heater. He was courteous on the phone and was at my house in a little over an hour, exactly when he said he would be there. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went out to get the part, came back and repaired it all in less than 2 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the first Yelp review I've written, and I'm writing because I'm so impressed. I highly recommend them!
