Previous customer who was pleased with their service. Not any more. Called to get estimate. Never got a call back and after four days I called again as I have used them in the past two years. I was told they dont even waste their time on small jobs and has to be minimum $400 job. I've had combined small jobs in the past but they didn't even care to discuss whether I would consider several jobs and argued that they don't do small jobs anymore just in a hurry to get off the phone.

We called and got an estimate for replacing vent pipes boots on a metal roof, a single section of guttering reattached. Estimator, good sales person, constantly reassured us that they were properly equipped, well trained, licensed, insured, and didnt hire anyone with less than five years experience. Pricey, but our roof is very high and dangerous, we gave them a shot, scheduled it (several weeks out), called earlier and sent someone out to do the project. They sent a single person, in his personal vehicle, a small ladder, very limited tools. This man deserves much more than they pay him, he tried his best, he was set up to fail, but very humble and extremely respectful to my wife. It was not safe to send one person for this project. My wife called the office explained her concerns for his safety, they told her we will take care of it, because the man had to go back to the office for a bigger ladder and more tools. When he arrived, he was the only person again. Out of fear for his safety, my wife helped this man for eight hours, holding ladders ( using our ladders and some of our tools) handing him tools and just staying nearby in case something happened. Which did, his grip (footing) gave away and he nearly slid of the roof. If my wife had not been there holding the ladder that he uswd to catch himself, he would have fell over 20 feet. Again, not properly prepared. When I got home from work and she explained what had happened, I looked at the work and had concerns. Despite his best effort, with what he was given to work with, I knew I was going to have a bigger issue and I do. So, needless to say, I am very displeased with Honey Do Services, especially since I seen one of their work vans today with several long ladders on top of it. It was very dangerous what they sent that gentleman to do with limited resources. They talk a big game, but in our experience, did not back it up. Now, I am paying someone else to fix their mistakes. Be cautious.

It's not to late to reconcile corporate office. HoneyDo-Sevierville (now of Knoxville as I understand) took $400.00 cash and did absolutely nothing. We were repeat customers and your company at its first opportunity shows your true colors by keeping $400.00 for doing nothing? Refund me the $400.00. Give me back my cash payment. It's the right thing to do.

I only got an estimate from them and did NOT use their service. The prices were incredibly high and they want you to pay 50% up front for the service just to be on their schedule a month out with no firm date. As an example, they quoted $4400 to tile a shower stall that already had the plumbing done and I supply the materials! Dry wall repair quote was almost $1000 and later in the day I got someone to do it for 350 plus 40 in materials. Double check your estimates before using their services.

We hired Honey Do to perform a variety of services for us, some of which they actually did. It took them several months to start the work, they didn't finish it, and refused to refund the money for the remaining work. Further, they have been very difficult to contact, have been unresponsive, and extremely unprofessional.

I would not recommend their service for anyone wanting things to get done, to get done on time, or according to what you've contracted for them to do.

From Kristas excellent customer service to all that came to house I would recommend to anyone!!! Good telephone customer service is few and far between it seems and Krista was the friendliest I've come across in a long time!!

Great company to work with. The Office Manage who answers the phone was very pleasant. The craftsmen ( chris and ray) were very skilled. We had them build a closed in deck with roof. Professional job and the crew were professional throughout the duration of the project. Always showed up on time.

Guy they sent, while pleasant, really didn't seem to be prepared for the job. Needed to have an outlet added, he didn't have a fish tape. Who does electrical work without one of these?? Said another guy has it and will need to come back tomorrow to complete the job. Also was going to replace a door. I purchased and painted it. He scars it and had to buy another one. Now I have to paint again.
Read the fine print on the contract. If you cancel you can only get a credit for future work.

Don't waste your time with this group. Looked at the job with the estimator, and a month later still no estimate. Made two calls to the office and inquired as to the status, still no estimate. If they can't even supply an estimate I wouldn't trust them to do the work.
