Scrape and paint shower wall. Job was cheapend down when confirmed with my husband. But they charged the same price actually had the nerve to tell me to buy paint it would reduce cost of job. Husband was way overcharged for job and it was done cheapest way possible. 4 inch border of painting done

Needed some repair work on the trim surrounding a garage door.

The down side of using Honey Do was scheduling.

Called and the first available appointment just to estimate the work was 3 weeks out.

Took them a week after I approved the estimate before they responded with a date for the work. They gave me one specific day/time 2 weeks out to do the work. When I told them that date didn't work for me it took them another week before they could give me an alternate date. When they finally responded with an alternate date, again it was one specific date, no choice, but at least the new date worked for me.

The positive side is when the craftsman finally actually showed up he knew what he was doing and did a fine job on the repairs.

So perhaps 2 stars for trying to get them scheduled and 5 stars when they actually do the work. If you're not in a hurry, and can make yourself available on their schedule, they may be a good option. If you're looking for responsive and flexible, they may not be your best choice.
