Follow up review did speak with the owner and office manager there was a mix up on my quote and they are working to resolve all issues. I couldn't figure out how to use YELP well enough to edit my review or respond back. Thank you for the communication

Honey do is honey don't. After the owner came out promising his carpenter team would come back out in the next few days and his electrician I had to call to get that second visit. Then a week later I called the very kind office manager to follow up she scheduled the general manager and electrician. They came the very next day with promises once again of a quote. I called back yet again this time to get my promised quote. Pretty much a month later still waiting on a quote. No thanks guess they don't need the work!

You WILL be disappointed with the lack of quality and integrity of this company! The original bid for the original job was very specific. Mr. Biggs was very ""charming"" in the beginning. In a short period of time, he found ""issues"" some real, others made up - for example: like his men finding two 1/2 wall sections in the screened in porch (which was to be made into a sun room) with termite damage (although two months before we had a thorough termite inspection and the house had been surrounded by termite poison for 13 years) he was just to remodel?!? That same day, without permission although my mother was in the house ALL DAY LONG, Mr. Biggs had his workers tear all three walls leaving only the bare studs-no exterior wall, no interior wall, only the studs to support the ceiling and roof to the floor. They opened the entire back of the house which led into the screened in porch, moved the two doors to the screened in porch area and put it up between the studs. They proceeded to put up a large sheet of plywood where the security of the doors had been and LEFT IT that way for WEEKS. There was a real issue with an old septic tank that we were unaware of, and after WEEKS of waiting for that to be addressed - by putting 8 pillars rather than only 4 pillars to support the floor, Mr. Biggs came to my mother and then to my husband and I (we live across the street) and asked for THOUSANDS of DOLLARS MORE! They were to take out the old flooring and put in oak hardwood flooring which was done well, over an almost 3 weeks period - the entryway, hallway, family room and new sunroom. Well, after a 2nd contract and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS MORE, my mom agreed to have him complete the original job as her house was still in a total disarray. The entire time, Mr. Biggs would complain about not having enough money, having to delay other jobs that he had given a bid on AFTER he had bid on remodeling my mom's house. The first contract with my mom was signed in MAY, the 2nd contract was signed on June 21, 2019 and it is now 8/01/19 - he is leaving the house today. The ceilings on both the living room and in the new sunroom are two different colors because of some damage that was done and work that was done by their workers during this time; the workers left several cuts in the walls of the hallway as they were installing the wood flooring - those holes had to be filled in and then repainted - but Mr. Biggs said he was not going to have them paint the entire walls, so he had them ""feather"" in the painted areas - yes, the walls are very blotchy! The oak floors look very pretty, however, they have flooring glue in several spots from the workers shoes, he is not removing that either. The original contract also called for his company to hang a ceiling fan in the family room, move the fireplace mantel and
build a shelved cabinet on one side of the fireplace. NONE OF THESE WERE DONE - he was ""out of money""! In the sunroom, even on the 2nd contract specificies ""final painting of interior exterior of sunroom and interior of living room"" he is refusing to paint the crown moulding at the ceiling - part of it is the original brown and a few feet of new, unfinished crown moulding are still there as well - he is NOT going to paint them. Also, his worker broke a kitchen floor tile when he was tearing out the old carpeting - after promising several times to come back and fix the floor with a new tile - NOW HE WILL NOT FIX THE FLOOR AT ALL! His worker, Rob, was a hard worker and very diligent! Rob was at the house for almost EIGHT WEEKS, five days a week. He had other helpers too. Let this be a warning to those who hope to do more than get a light hung. THIS COMPANY CAN NOT HANDLE A LARGE CONTRACT! Sadly, NOTHING was done with excellence. Mr. Biggs talks a lot, and mentions his intregity. I am sorry to say, this has NOT been a good experience. The work is still not completed, it does NOT look as he promised, there is no integrity with fulfilling the job he bid on, was paid for and then paid thousands of dollars more for and he is leaving it with shoddily painted walls and two toned ceilings, a broken kitchen floor, removing things off of the original contract, NOT living uip to the written contract and many verbal promises because he now has other jobs, etc. This is my mom's house, she is 82 and extremely stressed out and disappointed that this man who promised so much, delivered an inept job. IF YOU ARE AN OLDER PERSON,
PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

You will not be disappointed with the quality of work that Brack and his crew provide....my ""go to"" for any needs around the house!! First class service!! I highly recommend giving them a try...
