these plumbers are great to work with! We had a complicated leak in our kitchen sink and they made sure we got the right person for the job. We had one guy come out and he fixed an interior leak and then sent Bo out to fix an exterior one. He came at a time that was super convenient for us and fixed the problem and even upgraded some obsolete hardware! He was here on time and Worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the mess and connected me with someone who can help me fix the drywall for a really good deal! I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone and will call them again in the future if need arises. Bo was great to work with and we are very grateful they were so swift to respond!

Unreliable and poor customer service. After trying to get someone to come out to fix the my sink, set up the time and date and they didn't show. No show or call, Waited around for hours for someone to show and nothing. Do not recommend at all.

We have had such a hard time with this newer kohler toilet. These plumbers have been out 4x and have gotten the lemon of a toilet fixed. They have been patient with my constant calling and working with my home Warrenty company which i don't think I'd recommend anymore. I'd definitely recommend the honest plumber. They've gone above and beyond to help me! Thank you so much!

The Honest Plumber never called back. I then called them directly and they hung up the phone. I guess that my location (Bakersfield) is not good enough for them. But the problem was fixed through another plumber. I am a 66 year old man and I can't get any honesty from a plumber with false claims.

This company was called from our home warranty company. My 94-year-old mother lives in this property. The plumber came out today to Repair a shower that was leaking. The plumber repaired the shower and told my mother the whole shower and the back wall would need to be torn out for a cost of $250 over and above what the insurance company was going to be paying. They would leave the wall open and not do any repairs on that as it would be extra. After the plumber left my mother and her caregiver went into the bathroom to use the shower and the plumber had reversed the connection on the single stem faucet so the cold was hot and the hot was cold. My mother and caregiver both got burned. Another contractor that is not associated with ""AMERICAN HOME SHIELD"" came out and replaced what needed to be done for $61 in parts and $90 labor. Sure is a difference in cost to the 250+ plus plus plus that the honest plumber was going to charge. Before we start hearing excuses of expenses, Worker's Comp., and other business expenses the individual that came out has been in business in Bakersfield for over 60 years and has a stellar reputation compared To this company who claims to be the honest and most reasonable plumber in Bakersfield. Your employees try to rip off elderly people, And do half ass work and don't do a proper job. I'm surprised with all the complaints you are still in business. Yes by the way we have already lodged a complaint with American home shield and are expecting a complete refund of your callout fee along with the cost we paid to have this shower fixed properly. And by the way The complaint is also for misdiagnosis and overcharging people for work that was not needed to be done. People beware of this company as they are anything of what their name claims they are.

They are anything but honest. Do not use this service. Bad customer service and bad technical expertise. To fix my toilet that wouldn't fill with water, they sent a technician 3 times to the house over the course of 2 weeks. All that to tell me I needed to buy a new toilet. I did. They installed the toilet and charged me labor hours and the cost of the new toilet. Fine. I gladly paid for all that. But, after they installed the new toilet, the bidet hose connected to the toilet started leaking. When I called them the next day to ask them to come to fix it, they sent someone the next week who tells me it's been too long since they installed it to do anything. They told me to go buy a new hose and then they'll charge me to install it. So they take several weeks to fix a simple toilet issue only to cause a new issue and have the audacity to ask me to go buy parts and charge me to fix an issue they created. Do not use this service.

This is the worst company that I have ever used. My home warranty company contacts with them to do work and they take over a week to schedule work and then when they show up they tell you they can't do the repair that needs to be done and that they will have the office call to reschedule. Guess what no call to reschedule and then they tell me that the work order was marked as complete. Have been waiting all day for the plumber to call to find out what happened apparently they do not need business so do yourself a favor and call a plumber that will show up and do the work that is necessary. Years ago Mike really cared about customers and did the work the correct way.
