The Honest Plumber had to come out to my house yesterday because our sink wouldnt drain. They sent out Bo and he did such a great job taking care of everything. Bo was very polite and knowledgeable and he got the work done quickly.

This company lives up to their name, I recenty had an issue with water pressure in my home. I did not know who to call. I looked on Yelp and gave The Honest Plumber a call. My call was returned quickly and an appointment was made for the next day. ""Bo"" came out checked my pressure and valves and now everything works better than before I had this issue. I would definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Thanks again Bo!

Had some plumbing issues and called Honest Plumber at the suggestion of my Home warranty company. A guy came over spent 2 mins to examine the pipe and said we would have to replace all the pipes for a total cost of 7k. He was late and un professional and did not do a proper assessment of the problem. Felt he was here just to collect his call fee. Beware of business that use religious names or adjectives like Honest, Kind, Concerned etc. to name their business to attract customers when their modus operandi is just opposite. This is a true assessment. Got my pipe issue resolved for less than $100

My shower valve broke and I desperately needed it fixed as the shower wouldn't turn off. I had an estimate within a few hours and someone at my house the next day. They had everything fixed within an hour and charged me less than half the $400 I'd been quoted from another company. The plumbers were polite and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I'll be coming to them first if I need anything else done.

Had Nathan and josh come out and install a water heater for my condo unit. Both these gentlemen were stand up and did a great job. Nathan was very knowledgeable and explained everything that took place as well as putting my mind at easy by letting me know if there was any issues I could contact him directly at anytime, day or night.

Our home warranty selected this company to fix our shower issue. Bo came out and got the job done fairly quickly. We had a leaking issue plus a stripped hot water knob and Bo replaced it all in under an hour. I was very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism. He was great and personable. Do not do business with this company. In short, they are not honest. Had them come out through my home warranty and the technician told me I had a huge problem that would cost thousands. He told me they have a 'labor crew' that comes and does the manual labor. It all made sense to me and I trusted them since they are the Honest Plumber and they came through the home warranty. Basically, the 'labor crew' was a former employee who was working with the technician to start his own business and steal work from the company. So, a guy did work on my house who I thought was working for the Honest Plumber but wasn't. All of this at the suggestion and idea of the technician from the Honest Plumber. When I asked the company if they contract out or use 'labor crews' they said absolutely not. But then, they blamed me for agreeing with the third party to do the work. I wouldn't have if their technician hadn't set it up. The company wouldn't do anything to make it right, they said it was my word against their plumbers word, and their plumber lied about the whole situation...denied it ever happened. It makes me wonder if I ever did have a real problem that needed all this work or if it was all a big scam. Worst of all, the company wont do anything about it and even made me feel like I had to 'prove' that this really happened.
