My appointment slot was from 12-4 he did not come in those hours I even called about 2 times to confirm he was even coming. The lady said oh yeah he'll be there in the next 30-45 mins never showed up. He then proceeded to not show up until around 6:00pm I called again around 5:30 to see if he was even coming because I had spent the whole day waiting at home and didn't even show up in the time slot. The lady on the phone did not care did not apologize one bit. The guy was nice but never apologized or said anything about it. Making your customer wait that long with no apology is just not right.

I had accidentally damaged my dryer line to my gas and we need immediate help. I requested services from them and they arrived same day. Explained things to me and were very kind. Sometimes when professionals deal with women we get treated differently but they were respectful and treated me like anyone else. Gave me a fair price and handled it in a timely fashion. Thank you for your help! I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

I've waited to give this company a second chance after a first bad experience back in 2020. They got that opportunity last month, and things haven't really changed much.

In 2020 they came out to repair some outgoing-to-sewer lines. Showed up and started clearing the line in the wrong direction. Owner showed up and corrected the two kids who did it wrong. NBD. At least it was corrected, but we got a high quote and had a bad feeling so went with someone else.

Jump to our garbage disposal going out last month. Home warranty sent the honest plumber - it took them two weeks to get out here. OK maybe they're busy. Guy finally shows up on a Wednesday after we called multiple times, says maybe two words to me, and says a new disposal will be in on Friday but they probably won't be able to install until monday.

Monday comes around and no one has called me. I had to call them to leave a message and don't get a call back. It's now two and a half weeks with no ability to use the kitchen sink.

They finally answered after my wife called back a fifth time, and the woman was kind and apologetic to her credit and said they'd have someone coming out later in the week. Nice guy shows up and installs the cheapest garbage disposal possible. Efficient and quick installation, but here we are just about one month later and the disposal they installed has broken yet again.

We called home warranty and asked them to go with a different plumber this time around.

TL;DR: gave them an honest shot twice and somehow got let down three times.

Not Honest at all Dishonest people. Plumber tells you one thing in person then writes something different to home warranty company which causes more delays and problems. Tried my best to be patient with this company giving them several changes before I wrote this review but they have proven to be very unprofessional and shady.

No hot water for almost 3 weeks. I don't know if it Fidelity home warranty or the plumbing service. Honest is far from the truth. The original request for service was excepted by honest plumber on 2/10/24 the didn't have the ability to actually arrive to the property until 7 days later. The companies inability to meet the consumers needs should be taken into consideration when planning to receive plumbing services. Once they arrived diagnosed the situation a hot water heater. The technician left. Honest plumber set the next appointment 5 working days later. 12 days of boiling water, burned hands and feet. 16 pots for one bath tub, 14 for another in the middle of iffy weather. Skin rolling off your body due to the burning of spilled pots. Humid environment surrounding uncertain appointment arrivals. Nice staff yet, inconsistent staff. Setting appointments arriving outside the time. False hope of a resolution lingering with each arrival. Left me frustrated and confused honest plumbers are by far one of the last companies that should except home warranty insurance clams, based on the grandiose nature of the company. Find another service provider it's the best solution for a bad situation honest plumber is not the company. Fact check read the comments. Don't trust this company with your family or financial resources it's not worth the frustration.

Negative Review.

If I could give negative stars I would.

Buyer beware this company will charge extra without telling you until after the money has been taken out of your account. Don't even try to ask for a refund of the extra charge because it won't happen and they will stop responding to your texts and emails.

They delayed in getting my permit to me. When they finally delivered it, there was a nasty note about me attached to the envelope. Which I'm sure I wasn't supposed to see.

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged. The company responded quickly, answered my questions about time and price and gave me a 4 hour window when they would arrive. I got a call 30 min before they arrived and they showed up in exactly 30 min. Kyle and Brandon were polite, friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. They took care of the clog and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them for price and professionalism.
