Negative Review.

If I could give negative stars I would.

Buyer beware this company will charge extra without telling you until after the money has been taken out of your account. Don't even try to ask for a refund of the extra charge because it won't happen and they will stop responding to your texts and emails.

They delayed in getting my permit to me. When they finally delivered it, there was a nasty note about me attached to the envelope. Which I'm sure I wasn't supposed to see.

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged. The company responded quickly, answered my questions about time and price and gave me a 4 hour window when they would arrive. I got a call 30 min before they arrived and they showed up in exactly 30 min. Kyle and Brandon were polite, friendly, efficient and knew what they were doing. They took care of the clog and even cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them for price and professionalism.

Hello, water heater has a gas leak again. I was told you would fix it today. Ricky came and picked up the paperwork from SoCalGas and left. It was supposed to be repaired today. I can't get a hold of anyone and nobody answers your 24/7 emergency line. Please contact me to let me know. The water heater had to be shut off by the gas company.

Please send me your email or phone number. I don't want to put my phone number in this post. Ricky just called me and he was obviously not aware that you installed the water heater and that this will be the second time you come out to fix the gas leak in the same area, gas control valve. We can discuss how the call went.

I requested service through home warranty and the plumber showed up 15 minutes before the window closed. The toilet had two issues, my home is 17 and the toilet seal is worn. I told the plumber this. He only repaired one issue of the handle not being in the correct position. Here it is a week later and the toilet is now flushing itself every 5 minutes because the seal was not replaced. Honest Plumber do I have to take a whole day off to deal with this issue, so you all show up at 5:45pm? I will not. I can fix this myself so why do I bother with a home warranty?
I recommend listening to your customer and not being lazy and not fixing everything in one trip instead of being lazy and having to make two trips.
