I needed urgent service with my kitchen faucet. The whole thing needed replacing and while everything is shut down during this pandemic I didn't know if anyone would come out. Thankfully a wonderful technician named Kevin came out and took care of my faucet. Replaced it and my connecting lines as well since they would not turn . It only took him two hour including a trip to Home Depot. The entire job cost $335. Not including the faucet. I purchased that myself at Home Depot. Thank you Kevin and Home Plumbers.

Home Plumbers was very professional! I was recommended to them by phone... He accepted the last Plumbers quote and did more then the previous Plumbers would've done... How can you beat that! I couldn't... Kevin and George came in looked to see what supplies they needed, shopped, fixed and cleaned up all within 2 hours. I highly recommend Home Plumbers.

I own a business and we had a leak from our water heater. My business partner got two estimates. The Home Plumbers estimate was half of the other competitor's. Originally, they were going to complete the job after the estimate. THP phoned later and had to reschedule for the next day because they were unable to get the needed parts. We rescheduled for 10:30 AM the next day. I am happy to say that they were 20 minutes early and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. I was made aware of any other potential issues that way come up in the future but was not hard pressed to make a decision at that time. He guaranteed his work! I will keep their card on file and will definitely call them in the if any plumbing issuer arise.

Our condo complex had another slab leak. The last leak happened in 2018, so I called the same plumber in 2020 to come out and perform the repair. Then, Raul was working under Gava's Rooter, and now he's working under The Home Plumbers.

I give this recent experience 2 stars out of 5--2 stars apparently meaning ""Meh. I've experienced better."" The funny thing is that I had a 5-star repair less than two years ago from the same guy!

The bottom line is this: I would be happy to have Raul and his crew work on our property again, because in the end they made things right and did a good job. Raul chose to follow a policy of ""the customer is always right"" in the end.

Kevin, Bryan, and Jorge all worked really hard to fix our leak. Kevin was was here all three days of the repair and really hustled to get things done. I appreciate hard work.

Raul, please equip your techs with caution tape. While safety cones were placed around the holes in the driveway on the second day (we didn't even have safety cones on the first day for the first hole), caution tape would have made the hazard that much more visible. Holes in a driveway are a huge safety/liability issue.

Also, please do not use the holes busted in our concrete as trash receptacles. Our dumpster is on the other end of the driveway. Or I can provide your team with a trash bag next time. I found an empty coffee cup in one of the holes one day and a discarded plastic water bottle in one of the holes another day.

I learned some things from this repair, and I hope The Home Plumbers business does too. See you next time, guys.

Service Home Warranty (SHW) sent the Home Plumbers to our home to correct a stopped drain. Alex looked and said he could nothing unless we installed a second clean-out at the back bathroom. It would cost $2800 to $3500 and then the drain could be cleared. He may have thought he had senior citizens who were easy marks. I said I wanted to talk to SHW before proceeding. I called another company, J&D Plumbing in Long Beach and on the phone said it should not cost that much. The man came to house, could not snake the line from the clean-out and had to lift the toiled and was successful from there. The total charge was $176. Shame on The Home Plumbers.
