This is the third time I've used Amir. He is a life-saver! He helped me mitigate what could have been a nightmare to address.

During a recent termite inspection, a broken drain pipe was discovered in the crawl space. Literally, a completely separated drain pipe that was emptying shower water directly under my duplex for who knows how long. I called Amir and he referred me to a top-notch restoration company to make the area safe for him to enter and then took time out of his busy schedule to fix the problem right away. The immediacy of his service made all of the difference. Both apartment units are currently occupied, and his quick response kept me from having to tell one of the tenants to stop using the shower.

He improved the quality, function and reliability of the shoddy plumbing someone had done previously. He doesn't just fix the problem, he does it the right way.

Wow! This review is long overdue!! This is the second time Amir has come to the rescue! He's not only fast at responding to my calls, but fast at arriving and executing! He helped me repair both of my toilets from leaking. And the second visit was able to bring my water heater back to life (and it's old). He's extremely knowledgeable in all of the issues and is honest when he explains what needs to be done. I will be recommending him to all my friends, neighbors and family! And using him in the future should we have any more plumbing issues!! Agree with all of the reviews below in that I definitely chose Amir due to his high ratings , and the reviews are all true. Very thankful to find Amir!!

Called with a stopped up toilet and shower and sink - the whole house. Said they'd be here in an hour - showed up in 40 minutes. Did a very very detailed investigation of where the stoppage might be, including a no-hesitation visit to the crawl space under the house. Was good enough to take pictures under there to later give a free assessment as to the overall health of our plumbing service. They snaked the line in the direction they best guessed the blockage was located and it was clean in minutes. Then they came inside to help me debug a leaky toilet valve, and crawled under a sink to tighten a loose faucet - all no extra charge. Their fee was quite fair. I highly recommend these guys.

I couldn't get another company to come out and look at my broken water heater, and Amir was on my doorstep 20 minutes after I called him at the end of the work day. My old water heater under warranty couldn't be saved, but he took care of all the arrangements to get my new heater installed the very next day. He was professional, delivered great customer service, and I would recommend the Happy Plunger to anyone.

Amazingly blessed to find Amir!! We found out the water heater suddenly didn't work late at night. Desperately I tried to fix it on my own but obviously I couldn't.

I saw great reviews about Amir but it was too late to call - at least that's what I thought. Driven by desperation I called, yet to my surprise, he answered very professionally at 9:30pm. I explained what happened and he was trying to guide me through over the phone but I couldn't do it. And he showed up. Oh my goodness.... I have never experienced any repairmen who came in the middle of the night to help.

Not only did he fix the water heater but he also taught me what to do next time. Before he showed up, I was gonna boil water to use until I would get help the following day. Now we have hot water again to take shower and don't have to worry about boiling water haha

Highly recommend Amir!! He is sincere, honest, nice to chat with, and very knowledgeable! Also thanks to yelp for finding Amir!! I can go to sleep in peace now...

Amir installed a new water heater for us. Love his professionalism, friendliness, honesty, and expertise. Scheduled it ahead of time, he came on time, took care of the job, and we know if we ever have any other plumbing issues, who we're going to call. Amir is just flat out dependable.

Had a problem with a water heater's pilot not staying on, called Amir on a Sunday. He walked through some troubleshooting steps over the phone, and determined that it's most likely two parts that will have to be ordered from Rheem. (He jis a registered Rheem technicaian) Since Rheem is closed on weekends, we'd have to wait until Monday to order the parts. ) He stopped by Monday to do more diagnostics and was able to isolate the problem to a faulty installation. To get everything reinstalled correctly was more than what I had wanted to spend, but Amir worked with me to get the water heater working safely and gave me instructions for correcting the remaining issues. Amir was honest and thorough and I would not hesitate to call Amir again.

Amir saved us when are hot water heater broke! They were upfront and honest about the issues and did everything to could to not have costly repairs, he even trouble shot over the phone with me. In the end we decided it was best to replace the whole unit and redo our gas line. They moved around another job they had planed so they could do our repair first. Since we had a new baby living without hot water is less then ideal. They worked tirelessly to get it fixed as soon as possible. Even stayed till 9pm one night because they didn't want us to go another day without hot water. They made the whole process as painless as possible with keeping the cost as low as possible and sticking to the original estimate. I would call them again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful plumber! Serious and honest. I am incredibly pleased with the professionalism, work performed, and affordability. Amir and his associate came to my commercial building and investigated the leak we had. We had a leak from the water main to our irrigation system. Then he gave me options that were reasonable and brilliant solutions that previous plumbers never thought of. He informed me about every unexpected expense along the way and dialogued with me before moving forward. He then meticulously tested the system before being finished. He was incredibly approachable and did not nickel and dime me. .
