We DO NOT recommend Carlos. We were having new floors put in and the flanges on all 3 of our toilets were too high. We hired Carlos to replace the flanges at the correct height & to install 2 faucets that we had already purchased for our master bathroom. When he gave us the quote for the flanges he did not state that the price of the new flanges was not included. He assured me that all 3 would not be a problem. After multiple trips to Lowe's, because he has no supplies with him - he even asked our floor guys for tools, he finally got the flanges changed out on 2 toilets and the faucets replaced. The 3rd toilet he was not able to get the flange sat correctly because he cut the wrong side of the drain after I told him it was high in front & he needed to lower the front he continued to cut away at the back making the angle worse. He put the flange in and then added all the Lowe's receipts to our bill. It appeared that the toilet would be able to go in so I allowed him to leave. He assured me it would be good so I paid him in full. When the floor guys attempted to reinstall the toilet it would not fit due to the angle of the flange. I texted him to come back out and fix it. My husband spoke to him several times and he came back the next day. He was supposed to arrive at 2 pm and did not get here until around 4 pm. He was not able to install the toilet either and stated now that there was not enough space between the wall and the flange. He said nothing about that the day he did the work. He stated he would have to dig up the entire pipe and re-pipe it all. My husband assured him that all that needed to be done was to remove the flange and even the drain and reinstall the flange. He said that would not work and said if we could get it to work he would refund the $90 he charged us. My husband did correct the mess that Carlos made and was able to install the toilet. Carlos then said that without coming into our house and us showing him exactly what we did (which we can't do since the toilet is reinstalled already although we took pics and set them to him) that he will no longer pay the $90 back. We are done with him. We will never use him again and we do not recommend him!

We had an emergency leak at a rental house on a Saturday; Carlos answered his phone (everyone else was an answering machine) and offered some hands on solutions since he was in the middle of a job and not able to rush over there. He was very nice and made multiple calls to both me and my tenant. Thankfully, we were able to resolve this issue without an emergency call. I totally would use him in the future.

I had water on my garage floor and a piece of drywall by my hot water heater was wet. I called Carlos for the first time and he was here an hour later. He found the problem and fixed right off. VERY reasonably priced and he guarantees his work. He has a new customer here.

I broke the main water shut off valve inside the garage. Worst part is I broke it in the off position. I needed a plumber ASAP, so we could use the bathroom and cook dinner. I called a few plumbers, but none were available on short notice. Carlos came to the rescue. He came by within an hour, and repaired/replaced the valve within 30 minutes. Great attitude and good price. We use his services again.
