Shawn replaced a non working shutoff valve under my sink. It was a dual shutoff type with 3/8 connection to the sink cold water and a 1/4 connection to the fridge and an under sink hot water heater.
Excellent job. Much better that the original one that was there.

Shawn called to assure me he was on his way and he arrived on time.

Shawn has a truck and trailer full of supplies. He's ready to tackle anything.

He went above and beyond. I'll surely used Shawn's services again.

Shawn is very knowledgeable and helpful. For several years I had a ""simple"" issue with the P-trap under kitchen sink: every 2-4 months it would begin to leak until it would loosen enough to flood area underneath sink. I had different handymen and even a [supposed] professional plumbing company attempt to address the problem. None of them were able to properly address the issue. At my wit's end, I contacted Shawn hoping he would be able to fix my issue. When Shawn came, he explained to me not only what the issue was, but how to properly solve it. As he was explaining what was going on, I quickly understood Shawn was different from all the other persons who attempted to fix this issue. Shawn bring his knowledge and experience to truly solve problems and provide quality service as opposed to determining which is the quickest way to solve the problem and ""see if it works."" So far, it has been nearly 6 months without any issue.

Shawn is an exceptional plumber and human being. He answered my call about a broken garbage disposal unit immediately, and he was at my home within an hour, right on time. First he asked me to go out and buy a new unit, in case I needed it, and told me what kind to buy. He also told me the exact prices that he would be charging, depending on whether he would be able to fix the existing unit or install the new one.

Once here, he did his best to save the old unit, but it was soon apparent that it was leaking water and beyond repair. He then noted that my plumbing configuration under the sink was very unusual, and for a moment it seemed that he might not be able to do the work. However, he soon worked out a solution that involved getting a couple of pieces of piping from his very impressive truck and trailer and cutting them to fit.

I couldn't be more satisfied with his work and with all of the good advice that he gave me.

I have talked to Shawn twice during the past year regarding 2 different plumbing concerns. Each time he gave me honest helpful guidance. He will definitely be my ""go to"" handyman plumber. I haven't met him but I trust him!

Shawn is great, does good work at a reasonable price. Only problem is that he is so darn busy because he is so good that it is sometimes hard to get an appointment. But it is worth the effort to try!!!

Solid! Call this guy first. Shawn fixed a garbage disposal and a valve under the sink. The guy is honest, will give you a few tips, and returns phone calls. He explains things, and takes his time to get it right. I will call him again in a heartbeat if I have a plumbing issue.
