Movses is great. He manages and works on all my apartment complexes. Whether its a small job or a big project he is very reliable. He shows up on time, gives me an estimate up front, fixes on time. I never have to follow up to make sure its done. He coordinates all the schedules with my tenants so i don't have to do all the go between. His fees are always reasonable and i never feel being overcharged.

Movses you rock.you are the best handyman to have.I don't believe whatever that person wrote about you,you do you job completely,and the price you give is very good price.I guess that person wasn't in a good mood that day.Yes I believe everybody makes mistakes only God doesn't we are humans.If that day you did something wrong that doesn't mean you are not a good handyman.So don't worry whatever she wrote no one will listen to her.You do a great job nice to have you as our handyman.

Movses did a great job at a good price. He replaced and painted the facia board that had been detached from the roof and reattached the cable lines.

Mosves simply rocks. My bathroom sink faucet has been leaking for months. Mosves came and took it out and we found out that the drain pipe was also clogged with a disgusting black gunk -- which explained why the sink took forever to drain, too. He cleared out the pipe and installed a new faucet, for an affordable price. He's very easy-going and explains what he's doing if you're interested.
