No clue what vendetta that other review is about, but Todd in Grand Haven Michigan that runs this company didn't upsell me on anything & actually saved me a lot of money on my remodel. On time, fast hard working company that didn't waste any time. GREAT communication, tidy and left clean work area. Flooring install, cabinets, light fixtures, installed new outlets & dimmers, exterior door & storm door reframing & install, painting, hardware, caulking, miscellaneous additional small repairs. I'm a VERY happy customer, & highly recommend this company. Everything is beautiful and exactly how I wanted it in half the time I expected. Ive done many entire remodels and Todd is hands down the best experience with a contractor I've had! Planning more projects this Fall.

Worst experience in 35 years of hiring contractors. Incompetent at every aspect of work. Lacks basic knowledge and understanding of construction processes and codes. Todd will try to convince you he can do it all. Nope. Not true. He will buy ""supplies"" at Home Depot and ask for a check, but only use some of the supplies and keep or return the rest. He is unprofessional and unsafe in every aspect, especially plumbing and electrical work. Please save your self a huge headache and expensive fixes from licensed professionals. Fraudulent and decepgive.
