Our shower drain was starting to drain very slowly so I called a few plumbers to get some quotes. Many of the places I called seemed like they have a lot of independent plumbers that they were putting you in contact with. There didn't seem to be anyone that was dedicated to the company. When I called The Greener Plumber, Chris answered the phone, answered all of my questions thoughtfully and politely and told me he would be the one to come out. On top of it all, Chris's quote was less than half of some of the other quotes that i was getting, so I was pleased. He told me he could come out right away, but I told him it was no rush, and I would call him back. Within a day or two, my shower drain was completely clogged, so I called Chris back in a panic. He made every effort to come out right away and did all his work and was true to the quote he gave me when we originally spoke. I was impressed and pleased and am going to store his contact in my phone so that I can call him again when I need a plumber. Thank you so much, Chris!

The first time Chris came he had to re-do the work of the previous poor plumbing. While the job was much larger than we originally thought, it was done quickly and correctly. Chris and his assistants are pleasant, respectful and always leave the area clean. I have since used him often for many different needs and he is always professional and on time. We just completed a major renovation on our house. The Greener Plumber plumbed a full kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, installed a tankless water heater, 3 sinks, 1 garbage disposal, 1 toilet, a ton of gas lines including a higher flow line for our stove. Who knows what else he did along the way? Chris was absolutely outstanding. Most contractors aren't great, even the good ones are unreliable. Chris is not that guy. Always on time, sometimes he shows up just because he's in the area and wants make sure he's prepared for tomorrow. His work is rock solid, we've had no issues with anything.

We had to live in our house during part of the renovation. Chris installed a small 10 gallon water heater for us so we could get through it. It was just part of the service he provided us well beyond what the initial job required.

Well after all of his work was complete I had a few tweaks that we wanted and he came through about an hour after I called and did them. I will hire Chris exclusively for all my plumbing needs and there's no other contractor I would say the same thing about.

We had a plumbing emergency, a backed up main line that had given us no warning - everything was draining and flushing just fine until very suddenly it was not. Plus, it started flooding back into the house. We knew from other plumbing experiences how hard it is to find someone who can/will come to your house immediately. I found The Greener Plumber on our neighborhood forum where people post recommendations for various services. I called their number and Chris answered the phone himself - and said he could be at our house in 20 minutes. Better yet, he WAS at our house within 20 minutes! He examined the situation, got the equipment he needed from his van, and immediately went to work. In another 20 minutes, he had removed the blockage and had our drains running perfectly. His price was extremely reasonable, he did not charge us any extra for it being an emergency. Also, he was a nice guy, and he explained what he was doing and why. Big thumbs up!

Having a plumber, I trust and like means a great deal to me and I have it with Chris The Greener Plumber. Murphy's Law seems to govern my plumbing. Plumbing issues only happen when I have guests from out of town, holidays, or weekends.
Chris has always been quick to respond and gets us draining & flushing again before it gets embarrassing.
Coming from a family of plumbers I know what good reliable service is and the truth is even if I lived closer to my plumbing family that I love, I'd still rather call Chris (please don't tell my dad I said that though :-).

We had our main sewer line hydro-jetted clean and then replaced with a new liner by Chris. He was totally professional and upfront about the costs, and had very competitive prices.
He was right on time, with a great attitude.
