Called and spoke to Tim the owner Wednesday night, scheduled service call for Friday morning due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I was ok with that. The tech Tony came out as communicated and did a great job, explained process, how and why. Liked that he put shoe covers on before coming into house as we remove our shoes for indoors. Service was quick and I especially like the 1 yr. guarantee on the work done and longer on the parts used.
I would recommend this company and the tech Tony for a job well done and his ability to build good customer relations.

Called The Green Plumber the week of Thanksgiving, Tim answered and set us up with an appointment for the next morning. Tony showed up as promised and on time. Very clean and thorough. He didn't rush and made sure I was completely happy before he left. He also spent some time explaining about the Grey Water program and how that would be integrated into water management and irrigation, very interesting. Their card is now on the refrigerator for the next time we need a plumber.

They are the only plumbers that I have dealt with on my recent home purchase that I feel totally comfortable with. They are professional, communicate all issues, and give appropriate choices.

Recently, I had to have some old drain lines reworked to avoid problems. They did an excellent job, fixed more than I asked for, did it in less time than was estimated, and reduced the final amount on the bill.

Because the work was done so quickly, the owner came out after the work was done to do a post-work inspection just to be sure everything was done well.

If they are looking for customer loyalty, they have it with me.

So we woke up with the kitchen sink clogged with grease and dirt coming up from the pipe :-( I tried to plunge it but that was just making it worse.

I didn't hesitate to call The Green Plumber because our experience with him last time was so easy and pleasant. He showed up right on time and was clean and friendly just like before. He took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He was fast, clean, friendly, inexpensive and didn't waste my time. Second review because he is that good.

Yes, the gas my husband and I had been smelling in the back yard was, in fact, leaking from the gas line under the ground. The Gas Company Service Technician confirmed it, shut off my gas, and told me to call a plumber. ""Why did you have to turn off my gas?"" I asked. ""So you don't blow up the whole neighborhood on the Fourth of July,"" the gas man said.

Timothy the Green Plumber broke the news to us gently: he would have to put in a new gas line. He would have to dig a 16"" deep trench through my back yard, from the alley fence to the house.

My backyard is a secret garden with a waterfall and butterfly shrubs. I work out there on a patio table: it's my home office. The thought of anyone touching even the dirt in my garden frightened me more than the idea of exploding.

""Don't worry! Don't worry!"" Timothy assured me that he, too, was an organic gardening fanatic and would give the plants the right-of-way, swerving the pipes around them. ""And I'll return everything to its exact same position when I'm done. Your back yard will look exactly like it does right now when I'm finished. I promise you.""

Timothy is a man of his word. My umbrella-capped office desk sits again in its perfect position. My pebble path is raked. As they took their leave, Timothy's assistant actually thanked me for bringing money into the company.

So use the Green Plumber. Put your plumbing money into this company.

Timothy is awesome!! Great person and true professional! Superb work ethic and his team is awesome as well! Really trustworthy. I left them alone when they were installing an ice maker recently and felt very comfortable with them staying alone in my home! can't say enough about The Green Plumber! you won't regret his service. I am very very happy with my experience....I called to ask for a plumer to come out but unfortunatly I live in Tustin and its too far for them to come so the man was nice enought to give me great advice on how to fix my problem over the phone.

I was very nervous to call a plumber from all the bad experiences some of my friends have had. After finding The Green Plumber online and reading all the positive reviews, I made the call. Timothy came out and fixed my drainage problem and low hot water pressure with no problems. When I asked him questions regarding other plumbing issues i have had in the past, he was very helpful in giving advice that I could do myself to prevent or fix those problems. If I should or shall I say when I need any plumbing done at my house again I am most defiantly going to use The Green Plumber again and refer him to any friends that need plumbing services as well.

Talk about persistent. Timothy, The Green Plumber, will stick with you until your plumbing situation is better than before you even had a problem! Not only that, he's extremely respectful of your time and property.

I've dealt with a handful of plumbers in Long Beach and none of them compare. I called Timothy about a pesky water heater and not only did he respond quickly, but he also convinced the manufacturer to send a new control panel - overnight - at no cost to me, even though the unit was out of warranty.

It's no surprise that the crappy Home Depot fixtures installed by the previous home owner are in need of fixes or replacement. As long as Timothy is in the plumbing business, I will not be calling anyone else to help.
