Another excellent experience with Timothy the Green Plumber, and now his 2 employees. We had a couple of low-flow toilets installed to take advantage of the rebates offered by the city. Also had them in a few months ago to snake our drains which were flowing slowly. On each occasion the guys got the job done quickly and efficiently with absolutely no fuss or problems. So glad to have them ""on call"" as needed!

I called to schedule an appointment and was happy that someone was available the next day. I was having water flow issues in my kitchen sink (failing sprayer component) and Paul was able to find the source of the problem right away. He then informed me that I could get a replacement product from Kohler for free since the part had a lifetime warranty. He wrote down the part number to ask for and gave me the number to call. A couple weeks later I had my free replacement part. Paul exceeded my service expectations! I will definitely use the Green Plumber again.

I called The Green Plumber today because I was unhappy with the service I have been getting through the plumber my HOA recommends. Timothy was extremely helpful and honest in helping me resolve the issue I was having with that plumbing company. Even though my HOA essentially pigeon-holes me into using their ""recommended"" plumber, the customer service provided by Timothy was incredible, especially since he knew that I would be essentially unable to use his company for the service. He even called again to reiterate the advice he had given me. I highly recommend this company if only based on my experience with their customer service.

I had additional work done on the house and used Timothy's services again. He is busy these days (probably due to his good reviews) and between his schedule and mine not working out things drug out a bit. While we were going back and forth on a date that worked for both of us, my water heater finally gave up. When I called Timothy he somehow re-arranged his schedule and had a crew out right away for an all day job.

There were a few things that were not as great as they could have been, but he sent his tech Paul out a few days later to clean them up (and to be fair not all the issues were their fault). Paul even helped with an issue completely unrelated to the water heater, and charged nothing for the half-day's work.

The Green Plumber is great, I would highly recommend giving him the chance to perform your job.

Tim's crew fixed our water heater tank few years ago; their professionalism and ability to ensure everything is up to code that make us decide to have them to fix our gas pipeline a week ago. It was definitely not a simple project, Noor & Paul had to crawl underneath the house numerous times to fix the pipe. As usual, their workmanship and quality of service never fail us. Tim is very professional/ knowledgeable, he spent times explaining to us on the issues with the pipes, and how we should fix that to avoid more problem. We learn a lot from them and appreciated all the hard works. Will definitely recommend Green Plumber to friends for the excellent job they had done. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing projects. Thanks a lot!!

Hooray! Yippee! We gave The Green Plumber another try and are so happy we did. We got estimates from 5 plumbing companies, and the professionalism, attention to detail, and care of The Green Plumber surpassed all of them. The Green Plumber's prices are comparable, and the team is excellent.

It feels so good to get a quality job done (4 jobs in our case). Now I don't have to worry about the plumbing, and I trust that if there are any problems, TGP will take care of matters. They rock!

Since I've moved into my condo 4 years ago, I've always called The Green Plumber because they are professional, trustworthy, and efficient. Paul has come to my rescue twice and this last visit he fixed my toilet as well as my clogged shower drain. Additionally, he took the initiative to clear out my shower head which I thought all this time was just super lower water pressure! Thank you Paul from The Green Plumber!

We had a broken pipe under our bathroom sink. Called a bunch of places on February 5th and The Green Plumber gave us a quote and came out to our house on February 6th. Service was fantastic. Price quoted and charged was more than fair and beat other quotes. Paul was our serviceman and he was great! Super friendly and diligent; he even went above and beyond what was necessary. Our broken sink pipe works perfectly now. The owner of the company, Timothy, was wonderful as well. Friendly and communicative from the beginning all the way up through the follow-up. We are completely satisfied customers and we would highly recommend Paul and The Green Plumber.

GREAT SERVICE!

Unlike many of the plumbers who I have dealt with in the past (rude and impatient), Timothy was very friendly and took care of my long beach rental condo problem in a timely matter.

What impressed me more was that Tim was also very helpful several months after the job when I decided to re-gather all the works that had been done to the condo in the past year for my taxes, and Joe was patient enough to look up all the information for me and sent them to me ... also in a timely matter.

Obviously I hope to never call Tim again, but if I do have another plumbing problem (sadly I think will happen again), will definitly hit up Tim!

Backed up kitchen sink on Sunday. Used Yelp Monday morning and saw great reviews for a couple of local plumbers. No answer, no return call from first company. Timothy at The Green Plumbers answered the phone right away (8:30am), troubleshooted situation, and quoted a price for requested drain snaking. He promised Paul would call, would be at my home before noon, and he was. Paul called, gave an accurate ETA, and began work by noon. He snaked outside (this didn't resolve clog), then worked inside the kitchen and got the problem resolved. He was professional, friendly, polite, tidy, respectful of the home, skilled, honest, and a nice guy. The price Timothy quoted (very fair) was the price I was charged for the 1.5 hour service. This is my first Yelp, I'm usually suspect of all 5 star Yelps, but seriously, these plumbers are great. Call them.
