Great experience. Would highly recommend Goat Plumbing and ask for Joe Bates! Water was coming out of the ground in the front of my house. Was so nervous about how big this problem could be and honestly nervous about the cost. Joe Bates came out the same day and did such a good job explaining the issue, my options and fixed it quickly. We are revising our 3-star review from 08/19/24 and jumping it to 5-stars . Alex the owner of The Goat Plumbing Co. has stepped up to the plate with complete ownership of the communications mix-up which at the time cost us as a potential customer a great deal of inconvenience involving a second plumbing company. Alex paid for the plumbing service we received from this other company, even though we did not ask him to do so. It was a completely voluntary offer on his part, and most unexpected. As a result of his superb customer service we will be contacting him in the future for any plumbing services we may require. We make it a rule to engage with start-up companies and Alex has demonstrated to us that his is willing to go the extra mile in consideration of his customers and their plumbing inconveniences and solutions. THAT is the mark of a true professional. Thank you, Alex!

GOAT plumbing has really great people working there. They tried to help us for a clogged toilet on Thanksgiving day. The manager / owner cares about his people. Gave them the day off but also really tried to help us out w our emergency. He went above and beyond trying to find someone to come out. Really great people and wouldn't charge us extra for it even though I offered. Great family business. Has a good heart

If I could give more than five stars I would not hesitate to do so, because this company deserves well more than just five. I had a clogged drain on a Friday night and thought I was going to be paying a fortune for a plumber to come out. I reached out to The GOAT Plumbing and not only did I NOT pay a fortune, they showed up to fix my problem in under two hours! I cannot thank Alex and her team enough for helping me out and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs plumbing service.

We hired GOAT because of their reviews and community recommendation. Peter did a great job removing the old faucet (which we were unable to) and installing the faucet that we supplied. GOAT and Peter both communicated well when needing to reschedule and also prior to arriving. Be aware that GOAT uses project pricing rather than hourly billing so it's best to have an estimate in mind prior to requesting a quote to evaluate the value of the job.
