We hired GOAT because of their reviews and community recommendation. Peter did a great job removing the old faucet (which we were unable to) and installing the faucet that we supplied. GOAT and Peter both communicated well when needing to reschedule and also prior to arriving. Be aware that GOAT uses project pricing rather than hourly billing so it's best to have an estimate in mind prior to requesting a quote to evaluate the value of the job.

Our water heater died this morning. We looked for a local plumbing company in Riverview. We saw The Goat online with 5 star reviews. Within two hours they sent Josh over. He assessed the problem, gave me a quote, left to get a new water heater, returned and finally installed the water heater. Initial phone call to them to payment for services was 5-6 hours. Super great service. Josh was very friendly and informative. I will definitely call The Goat the next time we need plumbing service.

We are revising our 3-star review from 08/19/24 and jumping it to 5-stars . Alex the owner of The Goat Plumbing Co. has stepped up to the plate with complete ownership of the communications mix-up which at the time cost us as a potential customer a great deal of inconvenience involving a second plumbing company. Alex paid for the plumbing service we received from this other company, even though we did not ask him to do so. It was a completely voluntary offer on his part, and most unexpected. As a result of his superb customer service we will be contacting him in the future for any plumbing services we may require. We make it a rule to engage with start-up companies and Alex has demonstrated to us that his is willing to go the extra mile in consideration of his customers and their plumbing inconveniences and solutions. THAT is the mark of a true professional. Thank you, Alex!

I hired them because of their 5 star reviews. Andrew did an excellent job fixing our faucet. He was punctual. He presented a list of options and did not try to sell us the more expensive options.
